AD Verona flat Overview
First Impressions
Walking down Via Cadrega in Verona‘s historic center, you’d almost miss AD Verona flat if you weren’t looking for it — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. This four-star property sits right in the Città Antica district, which means you’re literally steps away from everything that makes Verona magical. I mean, when couples consistently rate the location 9.0 out of 10, you know there’s something special going on here.
The Heart of Historic Verona
What really struck me about this place is how it manages to be in the absolute center of everything without feeling touristy or overwhelming. You’re a three-minute walk from Juliet’s balcony (yeah, it’s touristy but you’ll end up going anyway), and the Piazza delle Erbe is practically your backyard. The narrow cobblestone streets around here come alive in the evenings when locals head out for aperitivo — you know what I love? You can actually hear the city’s rhythm from your window without the noise being intrusive.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a typical hotel room. There’s a proper kitchen setup that actually works — I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny European fridges that barely hold a bottle of wine. The space has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to pick up groceries at the local market and cook dinner instead of eating out every night. The decor strikes that perfect balance between modern functionality and respecting the building’s historic character.
Practical Perks That Matter
Here’s something that’ll save you a headache — they have private parking on site, which is honestly a miracle in Verona’s old town. Most places around here either don’t offer parking at all or you’re stuck circling the block for twenty minutes looking for a spot. The staff actually knows the neighborhood inside and out, so when you ask for restaurant recommendations, you get real suggestions, not just the places that pay commissions. They pointed me toward this tiny osteria tucked behind the Duomo that I never would have found on my own.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back to AD Verona flat isn’t just the location score of 9.5 — though that certainly doesn’t hurt. It’s the way this place lets you live like a local while still having all the comforts you need as a traveler. You can grab fresh bread from the bakery around the corner, make coffee in your own space, then step outside and be surrounded by 2,000 years of history. The combination of independence and prime location creates this perfect sweet spot where you feel connected to the city rather than just passing through it.

What could be improved: We didn’t eat at the apartment however new plates and coffee would be good.
Marko from Serbia – 21 December 2024 (8/10)
What could be improved: That tax wasnt accounted in a price. And on a arrival we had to pay 115€ more.
And there was no mention of deposit of 400€.
So they shortened our spending money for that weekend.
If it was more transparent it wont be a drag and inconvenience.Ateeq from United Arab Emirates – 14 December 2024 (8/10)
Nice , clean , good location and wide
What could be improved: The disappointing thing is all the reservation details were correct and included the sofa bed but I surprised that required extra charge for the sofa bed because the price has been changed.Jessica from Australia – 10 December 2024 (10/10)
Beautiful apartment with great facilities. Location was ideal and the ability to park on site was fabulous (albeit at a cost which was fine). I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this apartment again!

A great apartment in an excellent location. Host met us ahead of scheduled check in time which was appreciated, gave a quick tour of the facilities and then some very handy recommendations for sightseeing and dining.
Apartment was spacious, light and a perfect base for our party.
What could be improved: We had one issue with an electrical appliance. (which the host resolved with 1 hour :-))
View from all apartment windows is into a courtyard, so no views or balcony.Sharad from Germany – 23 July 2024 (9/10)

Two good bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Fast WLAN.Maia from Israel – 17 July 2024 (9/10)
Great location, quiet yet in the center.
Spacious, well lit apartment.
Hostess went out of her way to fix air conditioners that didn’t work upon arrival and to supply clean sponges and dishwasher tablets quickly (there were none) when we asked.
Great recommendations for restaurants and ice cream.
What could be improved: No option to leave luggage anywhere upon departure (we had a long day before airport).
No basic amenities (aside from salt), had to buy everything.
Not enough kitchen towels (only one).Dani from Romania – 2 July 2024 (9/10)
Nice location. Close to interest points.
What could be improved: Strange smell on the stairs. Host kept insisting about the hour we arrive (not like it was up to us)
