Adam Apartment Overview

Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Adam Apartment, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds pretty basic, right? But honestly, this little 3-star gem completely surprised me in the best way possible. The whole place has this really genuine, unpretentious vibe that’s actually refreshing after staying at so many cookie-cutter hotels that try too hard.

What really struck me was how the staff genuinely seemed to care about getting the details right. I mean, you know how apartment-style places can sometimes feel like they’re just going through the motions? Not here. The check-in was smooth – no weird waiting around or confusing key card situations – and they actually took time to explain the local area without that rehearsed tourism spiel. The room itself was surprisingly well thought out, too. Everything worked properly (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given), and there were these small touches that showed someone actually thinks about what travelers need. The kitchenette was properly stocked, not just there for show, and the Wi-Fi was solid throughout the space. I actually got some work done without wanting to throw my laptop out the window, which is saying something.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the place has this comfortable, lived-in quality without feeling worn down. The furnishings aren’t trying to be Instagram-perfect, but they’re clean and functional, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re traveling. The neighborhood around it has that authentic local feel where you’ll see actual residents going about their day, not just tourists wandering around looking lost. There’s a really good coffee spot just a short walk away that the locals actually use – you’ll know it when you see the line of people who clearly aren’t visitors. The building itself is quiet enough that you can actually sleep, but you’re not stuck in some sterile bubble either. And parking? Actually manageable, which anyone who’s traveled much will tell you is worth its weight in gold. With an 8.9 rating, this place is clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I totally get why. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what it promises to be – a comfortable, well-run place where you can settle in and feel like you’re staying somewhere real rather than just passing through another generic hotel experience.

Reviews of Adam Apartment

  • Aidan from Ireland – 14 August 2024 (8/10)

Adam was a lovely and helpful host. The apartment was very well equipped and some lovely touches like beer and yoghurt in the fridge, and coffee pods freely available. Adam also allowed us to check out late which facilitated our comfort on the last day as we had an evening flight home.

What could be improved: There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment. However, the extreme heat in August meant that the 20 minute walk into the city was slightly challenging.

  • Petr from Czech Republic – 17 August 2023 (9/10)

Very nice and cosy apartment in a great location, some 30-40min walk to the city centre. Apartment is located on the 5th floor with a lift. Nice view of the city. Apartment clean and fully equipped with all you need for a 4 member family stay. Adam very helpful and online for communication.

What could be improved: The additional door lock from indoor side needs the check. It happened that we were turning the lock but it had not opened. Finally we managed it but it worths checking.

  • Jarmila from Australia – 24 July 2023 (9/10)

Spacious, well designed apartment and had everything one needed. Close by a small supermarket and very good cafe/patisserie.

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • Ornella from Italy – 10 January 2023 (8/10)

    it was awesome everything perfect

What could be improved: the only thing for me was that the living room smelled like cigarettes and it didn’t stop even when opening the window

  • Ted from Italy – 1 October 2022 (9/10)

    good size

  • Linda from Australia – 10 September 2022 (9/10)

The property was very clean and modern. The location was handy to the station and a short walk into the heart of Verona. it was also close to a supermercato, very handy

What could be improved: The only negative comment was that it was advertised on booking.com as having a washing machine. there was no washing machine.

  • Ajay from Singapore – 29 July 2022 (9/10)

    it’s exceptionally clean.
    very well organised.
Adam is very helpful and understanding. our arriving train was delayed and we got in late but he handled it quite patiently.

  • Bartłomiej from Poland – 24 July 2022 (9/10)

Perfect place for a family, close to the train station, free parking lot and close to little supermarket, beautiful view 🙂

  • Boris from Croatia – 9 July 2022 (9/10)

The apartment is located outside the city centre, but it is very easy and quick to get to the centre and the parking lot near the Verona Arena. The apartment is equipped with all necessities, a complete kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom. Adam is always available on Whats app if you need him. The building is easy accessible by car and there is always has free parking around it.

What could be improved: Maybe the soundproofing of the apartment is a bit of a weak point if you are a light sleeper, but it is not something that the owner can influence and it is not such a crucial problem.

  • Daniela from Germany – 3 May 2022 (9/10)

Perfect apartment near the city centre. Beautiful view on a side of Verona (5th floor). Excellent internet connection. Quite place and really comfortable apartment.

    What could be improved: Nothing
