I’m talking about the kind of touches you notice throughout your stay – fresh flowers that aren’t just thrown in a vase but actually arranged thoughtfully, coffee that’s properly good (not that hotel room instant stuff), and honestly, the breakfast spread was way more generous than I expected. The owners – and you can tell they’re hands-on owners, not some corporate chain – seem to have figured out that perfect balance between being welcoming without hovering. They’ll chat with you about local spots if you want recommendations, but they’re not going to corner you at breakfast with forced conversation either.

What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was, even though you’re not stuck out in the middle of nowhere. The rooms have this cozy, lived-in feeling without being cluttered or overly themed – you know how some B&Bs go overboard with the floral wallpaper and doilies? None of that here. Just comfortable beds (seriously comfortable – I slept better than I have in months), good lighting for actually reading, and bathrooms that feel clean and updated. The whole place has this authentic, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger over coffee in the morning instead of rushing out to start sightseeing. And here’s something practical – parking was never an issue, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate narrow European streets with a rental car, you’ll know that’s not always a given. I ended up extending my stay by a night because honestly, I wasn’t ready to leave yet, and they accommodated that even though I asked pretty last minute. That’s the kind of flexibility you just don’t get at bigger hotels.

  The location was great: Beautiful street covered with big linden trees. The historic center at a short walking distance.
  The hosts Giusy and Davide were very helpful and kind. They gave us all the information we needed during our stay in Verona. The trattorias and pizzerias they recommended were really great.
  The room was an independent unit within the owners' home, but we never felt uncomfortable.
  Although our room was just above a bus stop, we did not hear any sound due to the double windows and had a good night' s sleep.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing very important (the bathroom was a little bit small).

  Davide and Guisy, the hosts were very hospitable, showed us a map with all the places to visit and traditional restaurants to eat.
  Breakfast was exceptional and the best we have had in Italy. Location was central and walking distance to everything.

  The breakfast was perfect, with real Italian food. The host welcomed us with true hospitality.
  The accommodation is a 15 minute walk from the city centre and a real Neapolitan pizzeria, Gemma.

  The hospitality of our hosts Davide a Juiscy was excellent… The attention to the quality of the breakfast very much appreciated. The location was very good.. Easy walking distance to the main attractions of Verona and our hosts gave very good information and suggestions of where to visit.
  
  What could be improved: I wasn't expecting that the B n B would be in an apartment complex but that did not take away from our enjoyment of the visit.

  The owners were very caring and helpful. The place is not far from Verona’s most popular monuments which was nice. The room was very clean, breakfast was simple and great.

  Everything was excellent. Best place to stay if you visit Verona . If you chose this place included breakfast, you will have a five star hotel breakfast with local fresh products from a gourmet Itallian guy; Davide. Place is close to
  the city center. Very comfy, clean and warm. Also, so thankful for the hospitality of the BnB owners. It was our pleasure to meet them. They really felt us at home. We loved everything.
