Alle Colonne Luxury Apartments Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Alle Colonne Luxury Apartments? The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cared about creating a space people would want to live in, not just pass through. I mean, sure, it’s technically a 3-star property, but honestly – those star ratings don’t tell the whole story anymore. The 9.1 rating from guests? That makes way more sense once you’ve been there.
The apartments themselves have this perfect balance of being sophisticated without feeling stuffy. Each unit feels like it belongs to someone with really good taste who happens to be letting you borrow their place for a while. The kitchens are actually functional – I’m talking full-size appliances and counter space where you can spread out if you want to grab some local ingredients and cook something up. The living areas have these gorgeous high ceilings that make everything feel more spacious than you’d expect, and the furniture is the kind of stuff you’d actually want in your own home. What really got to me were the little touches – proper coffee makers (not those awful pod things), soft lighting that doesn’t make you look like you’re under interrogation, and bathrooms with enough shelf space for all your stuff.
The location is honestly one of those gems where you feel like you’re staying somewhere locals might actually live, rather than being stuck in some tourist bubble. You can walk to plenty of great spots without feeling like you need to plan your entire day around transportation, but it’s also quiet enough that you’re not dealing with street noise all night. Parking can be a bit tricky – I’d definitely ask them about it when you book because street parking in the area requires some local knowledge. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the obvious tourist stuff. The whole place has this relaxed vibe that makes you want to stick around longer than you planned, which I suppose is exactly what you want from apartment-style accommodations.

Stanza e bagno bellissima e ottimo stile. Molto molto pulito, ottima posizione, in stradina però tranquilla.
Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile.
In casa abbiamo trovato 2 cioccolantini, 2 muffin e 2 bottiglie d"acqua, ma visto il costo della stanza ci sta.
What could be improved: Bagno troppo freddo.
Ingresso direttamente nella stanza dalla strada. Assenza di un tendono dalla porta d'ingresso a vetro satinato, per oscurare la stanza.Lorenzo from Italy – 25 January 2025 (10/10)
