  Very well located and comfy beds . Good communication with the letting agent for early check in
  
  What could be improved: Sofa was quite grubby and shower drain very smelly – maybe needs a deep clean? Could do with more mugs in kitchen

  O apartamento em si é maravilhoso, muito espaçoso e com toda a mobília necessária pra passar o dia, dormir e cozinhar. Muito bom o conteole automático das persianas do teto, que gante o controle da luminosidade no apartamento inteiro. O banheiro é muito grande e há até um banco no box. Há restaurantes e supermercados próximos, de 2 a 4 quarteirões da acomodação.
  
  What could be improved: Do horário limitado pra fazer o check-in até às 19:00, após eu teria que pagar 30 euros, não gostei de ainda ter que subir 2 lances de escada após sair do elevador no 4° andar, porque o apartamento é uma cobertura. Tive o azar de ter que receber funcionários que foram trocar sensores de temperatura dos aquecedores e teve um dia que o boiler parou de funcionar, entretanto a anfitriã sempre me ajudou respondendo às minhas dúvidas pelo WhatsApp, o último problema que tive foi com uma das chaves que abre o portão da garagem que não estava funcionando e que causou um certo transtorno no primeiro dia que precisei sair do condomínio com meu carro.

  This is a perfect location for a visit to Verona. All amenities that is required for a home from home are there. Residents in the other apartment were helpful and friendly. Biggest thing for us was when we had an issue with the electricity supply. Our contact speedily responded and it was rectified within an hour – excellent service. Cleaning products supplied so did not have to buy. Last but not least, host easily contactable and made our arrival very easy and simple.
  
  What could be improved: I didn't like that there was no full length mirror. Fabulous terrace however a sun lounger would be good.

  The flat is in a lovely quiet residential area, there are shops, cafes etc very close and it's a short walk to the city centre.
