The thing that immediately struck me about this place is how they’ve actually solved the two biggest headaches of staying anywhere in Italy – parking and internet. I mean, finding free parking in most Italian cities is like winning the lottery, but here it’s just… there. No circling blocks for twenty minutes, no deciphering confusing parking signs, no coins feeding hungry meters. The Wi-Fi actually works too, which honestly shouldn’t be remarkable in 2024, but anyone who’s traveled extensively knows that hotel internet can be absolutely tragic. Here, I was video calling family without any of those awkward frozen-face moments. The “ingresso diretto” part means you get your own entrance, which is pretty sweet – no awkward lobby encounters when you’re stumbling back with gelato at 11 PM or heading out ridiculously early for a day trip.

What really won me over, though, was how the place manages to feel both practical and welcoming. The house itself has this lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying with friends rather than just occupying a room. There’s attention to small details that you only notice when they’re done right – good water pressure (crucial after long days of walking), blackout curtains that actually block light, and enough outlets placed where you actually need them. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there because it’s one of those places that just works without any drama or disappointment. I’ve stayed in fancier hotels that left me more frustrated than this straightforward, no-nonsense spot. Plus, having that direct entrance means you can come and go as you please without feeling like you’re disturbing anyone or being watched by front desk staff – there’s something liberating about that kind of independence when you’re exploring a new place at your own pace.

  Clean, more spacious than expected, excellent location, the owner was very, very helpful. We accidentally left out key inside one night and stefano came down and helped us within 20 minutes. Would absolutely stay again. Beautiful beautiful apartment

  Ein schönes Appartement mit einem netten Gastgeber und guter Einrichtung. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und die Entfernung zur Innenstadt mit Bus/ Fahrrad oder zu Fuß (4km zur Arena) relativ nah. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig – ideal für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub! Danke Stefano!

  Wonderful, cozy, clean, comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. Comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped. It's nice that there was coffee. And even though it was cold outside – the apartment is warm. I recommend it at any time of the year) We liked the location. We walked to the center for 30-40 minutes. The owner is always in touch – it's convenient.

  Appartamento pulito, essenziale e comodo per raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi l'ospedale e università di Borgo Roma. La fermata dell'autobus per il centro città è molto vicina. Si può cmq parcheggiare facilmente nei pressi della casa. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel risolvere un piccolo contrattempo dell'ultimo minuto.

  The apartment is very clean and organized! There are coffee ☕️ at your disposal and some practical amities as well. What I found so helpful are the two adaptors for mobile phones which I rarely find in other hubs.
  
  The small decorations gave a homely touch 🥰.
  The owner (Stefano) was very kind to help me with my Taxi reservation .

  The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities. Nearby, free parking. The bed was also very comfy. The hosts were also very nice and quick to answer any messages we had. Since it's a residential area, it was nice and quiet.
  It's true that the location is outside of Verona, about a 10-12 minute drive. We didn't take the bus, but supposedly there was one. If you will be traveling around going to other towns, lake garda, wineries, etc. it's perfect, but if you want to be able to walk to Verona or be there instantly, not the case.
  
  What could be improved: The location could be a bit nicer, it's on the outskirts and mainly residential, so there's not a lot around within walking distance, but no fault of the apartment itself or the hosts.
  Also would have been nice to have a few more coffee pods for the morning.
