I stumbled across it almost by accident when my usual go-to was booked solid, and I’m actually kind of grateful that happened because this little gem has become my secret weapon for authentic Italian stays.

The moment you step inside, there’s this immediately welcoming feeling that’s hard to fake – I mean, you can tell when a place is actually cared for versus just maintained, you know? Betty (and yes, there really is a Betty who seems to genuinely care about every guest) has created something that feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s apartment than some sterile hotel room. The furnishings have that lived-in comfort that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax, and there are these thoughtful touches everywhere – like proper coffee-making equipment, not those terrible pod machines, and windows that actually open wide enough to let in real fresh air. The rating of 9.2 honestly doesn’t shock me at all because the attention to detail is just… well, it’s the kind of thing that makes you remember why you travel in the first place.

What I really love is how Betty manages to strike that perfect balance between giving you space and being incredibly helpful when you need it. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward hovering or overly scripted welcome speech, just genuine warmth and practical information about the neighborhood that you’d never find in a guidebook. The location itself is brilliant for getting a real feel for local life without being stuck in some tourist bubble, and you’ll find yourself naturally falling into the rhythm of the area pretty quickly. Mornings are particularly lovely here – there’s something about the way the light comes through the windows that just makes you want to linger over breakfast instead of rushing out to tick boxes on some itinerary. I’ve stayed here during both busy summer months and quieter shoulder seasons, and honestly, it works beautifully either way because the space itself is just so thoughtfully designed for actual living, not just sleeping between sightseeing marathons.

  O ambiente era calmo e familiar. Amamos todas as instalações do apartamento e a recepção. Havia um caderno com várias dicas de como aproveitar a cidade e indicações de locais. Além disso, tudo estava extremamente limpo e organizado. Possuía todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para facilitar a estadia. Próximo aos locais turísticos, em menos de 5 minutos caminhando chegava na ponte Pietra. Com certeza voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade.

  Comfortable and nice-equipped apartment for a short or a long stay – full kitchen of appliances, tableware, and small things for easy cooking and spending some time, 10-15 minutes on foot from the city center, a bus stop nearby. A nice spacious bathroom and bedroom, a lot of storage places and extra sets of bed linen and blankets (not used, but nice to have). Very quiet part of the city, birds are singing, green leaves and such. Nice communication with hosts, easy check-in and check-out.
  
  What could be improved: Limited Wi-Fi if that's crucial to you (some number of GBs, don't remember), but we used our mobile internet anyway.
  A large grocery store is about 10-12 min on foot, a small one is closer, but it didn't work on Sat evening and on Sunday. Not a bit deal, so just plan your grocery shopping well and do it once:)

  Bilocale spazioso in uno dei quartieri residenziali più belli di Verona. a pochi minuti dal centro a piedi. zona tranquilla anche di notte. vicino parcheggio pubblico utilizzabile. La casa era come da fotografie. Facile accedervi grazie alle precisissime indicazioni ricevute.
  Un plus per il materasso, estremamente comodo, il piumino, nuovo e estremamente confortevole e caldo, e la temperatura, perché in giorni con temperature molto basse la casa era tiepida a ogni ora del giorno e della notte. vicinato tranquillo, zero rumori.
  
  What could be improved: Nel bagno alcune piccolezze, per esempio sostituirei il porta shampoo/bagnoschiuma della doccia, usurato, e aggiungerei un porta sapone dato che nel kit di cortesia vengono fornite gentilmente delle saponette che però non si sa dove appoggiare. sono naturalmente delle piccolezze che non inficiano minimamente la qualità del soggiorno che, come detto, è stato ottimo. ho ben presente il mercato di b&b di Verona dato che ci vado spesso, e mi sento di consigliare sinceramente questo appartamento per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. ci tornerei.

  Un apartamento completamente equipado, incluso como residencia permanente. Con una construcción de calidad, con un balcón muy agradable para degustar algún aperitivo o cena y en un barrio tranquilo. No se puede pedir más a este alojamiento. Es sencillamente PERFECTO.

  El departamento es tal cual sale en las fotos , tiene todo lo descrito y para familias está genial. Sofacama cómodo para un niño. Nos gusto mucho la decoración , lo céntrico que es , a solo 10 minutos caminando al centro. Sin ruidos, y muy acogedor.
