What I really appreciated was how it sits in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to everything that matters, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with tourist chaos right outside your door. You get the sense that this is where someone local might actually choose to live, which honestly is the best compliment I can give any accommodation. The three-star rating is spot-on too – it’s not trying to be something fancy and failing, it’s just being exactly what it is and doing it really well. I found myself using the kitchen more than I expected, partly because it was actually functional and partly because there’s something satisfying about starting your day with real breakfast instead of rushing to find an open café. The whole setup just works in that effortless way that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something good rather than booked another generic place to crash.

  Appartamento molto ben tenuto e pulito, in una zona servita e comoda per raggiungere anche il centro di Verona. Il proprietario è molto gentile, si è premurato di non far mancare nulla durante il soggiorno ed è stato molto disponibile.

  Очень чисто. Есть все необходимое. Очень приветливый хозяин. Рядом остановка автобуса и магазины. Такси от вокзала до номера 12-13 евро.

  Everything was as expected. Very friendly host who went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
  Apartment very well equipped and functional. If necessary host will provide an additional bed as the living room sofa may be a bit to small for 2 persons.
  Car may be parked in garage if not too big, otherwise there is plenty of free parking space just outside of the facility.
  Walking to Verona city center is straight forward, however may be challenging due to distance (about 2 km)

  The entire apartment was warm and homey. We felt relaxed and comfortable. We had good sleep and good showers. My favorite was the coffee machine and washing machine.
  
  We stayed near two supermarkets and can walk quickly to the bus stop for Verona center. It was a great location.

  Very attentive and helpful host. Well equipped kitchen. Great balcony. Good location. The flat has everything one might need. We even found an elastic bandage when we needed one. Very good blinds if like us you like to sleep in the dark.

  The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was close to amenities. The supermarkets were just across the road. Everything that we needed was on our doorstep. The apartment was clean and tidy. The host was always available if needed and very helpful. Sending all the information we needed before we arrived.
  Good bus and train routes. We visited Lake garda, Venice, and Verona Central during our stay.
