The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Verona rather than just visiting it. You’re close enough to walk to all the major sites – I mean, you can practically roll out of bed and be at the Arena in ten minutes – but you’re tucked away on a quieter street where locals actually live and work. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that opens ridiculously early, and the woman who runs it started recognizing me by my third day there. That’s the kind of neighborhood experience you get staying here. I also appreciated that the host clearly knows their stuff about the area; the welcome information wasn’t just generic tourist pamphlets but actual local recommendations that felt personal and useful. Even small things like explaining which grocery stores stay open later or where to find the best aperitivo spots nearby made such a difference. The whole experience felt less like staying in rental accommodation and more like borrowing a friend’s beautifully maintained apartment in one of Italy’s most romantic cities. For what it’s worth, I’d absolutely book this place again – and coming from someone who rarely stays in the same accommodation twice, that’s saying something.

  L'appartamento è nella via più centrale di Verona, in un bel condominio molto silenzioso, in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città. E' bello, spazioso e confortevole, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. La presenza di due bagni è molto comoda. L'aria condizionata funziona benissimo. La proprietaria ci ha permesso di arrivare di sera molto tardi e ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le spiegazioni di cui potessimo avere bisogno, è stata gentilissima e si è preoccupata che tutto andasse bene durante il nostro soggiorno. E' stata davvero una piacevole esperienza.

  Arianna (the host) was very kind and accommodating. She went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we wanted from our weekend stay in Verona. The flat is very central, with lots of sightseeing around (Piazza delle Erbe, Giulietta's home) just a few mins away as well as Verona's most historic restaurants and caffes.
