The 8.3 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not about marble bathrooms or concierge services, it’s about having a genuine place to stay that feels like home.

What really sold me was the little details that someone clearly thought about. The kitchen actually has decent knives (miracle!), there’s enough counter space to spread out your stuff, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every time someone in the next room starts streaming Netflix. I mean, the shower pressure isn’t going to win any awards, but it gets the job done, and honestly – when you’re paying 3-star prices, you’re not exactly expecting a spa experience anyway. The neighborhood vibe depends entirely on where this particular location sits, but appartamento-style places like this usually end up in areas where actual people live, not tourist zones, which I personally love. You get to see how locals actually go about their day instead of just hopping between monuments and gift shops.   Struttura pulita, accogliente, ben riscaldata e posizione ottima.
  Abbiamo trovato pentole, posate e coperte nuove.

  La struttura era pulita ed era in un’ottima posizione vicina al centro città
  
  What could be improved: La casa era fredda. Un’abitazione così grande non può essere riscaldata da un condizionatore presente nell’open space. I condizionatori presenti nelle stanze da letto non scaldano per niente e nel bagno è presente un termosifone elettrico che dà un leggero tepore non sufficiente ad avere un ambiente caldo. Non ho apprezzato neanche l’apertura del portone da remoto in quanto faceva freddo ed abbiamo dovuto attendere fuori(10 minuti) fino a quando l’host ha letto il messaggio e ci ha aperto.
