What I really appreciated (and this is the kind of detail that matters when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days) is how thoughtfully everything’s set up. The kitchen actually has proper knives and decent cookware – not those sad, dull hotel knives that couldn’t cut butter. There’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped, and the Wi-Fi is solid, which honestly saved my life when I needed to catch up on some work emails. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby wondering if you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference, you know? Plus, being an apartment rather than a traditional hotel means you get that genuine sense of living in the city rather than just visiting it. I found myself grocery shopping at the local markets and cooking dinner some nights, which turned into some of my favorite travel memories from that trip.

  The apartment was lovely and in a great central location. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of space. We loved the rooftop area, which had a wonderful view of the streets of Verona.

  The location is great, easy walk to everything. Loved the layout and the ability to hang out and play games at night at dining table. Great coffee/breakfast place just down the street and market very close by.
  
  What could be improved: Parking spot is small so we had to pay extra for parking down the street. Bathroom upstairs leaked and secondary bathroom on main floor is in laundry room and toilet was a little finicky. Neighbor below apartment complained of noise from chairs moving (as we played games at dining table at night).
