That gem reference actually makes perfect sense once you step inside. There’s something genuinely polished about this 4-star apartment-style accommodation that feels more refined than your typical holiday rental, but way more relaxed than stuffy hotel formality.

What really struck me during my stay was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between having your own space and getting proper service. I mean, you’ve got the freedom of an apartment – full kitchen, separate living areas, the works – but housekeeping actually knows what they’re doing, and there’s someone to call if the wifi acts up or you can’t figure out the peculiar European shower controls (we’ve all been there, right?). The 8.9 rating honestly doesn’t surprise me at all because it’s these little details that add up. The coffee machine wasn’t some sad, generic thing that spits out brown water – they’d actually stocked it with decent beans. The towels were fluffy, not those thin hotel rectangles that barely dry your hands.

The apartment itself has this warm, lived-in quality that somehow feels both homey and upscale. I particularly loved the way natural light filters through in the morning – you know how some places feel cave-like even with all the lights on? This is the opposite of that. The kitchen setup is genuinely functional too, which matters if you’re planning to grab fresh ingredients from local markets instead of eating out every meal. Storage space is actually adequate (shocking for European accommodations, honestly), and the bed situation is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d wrestled with a cardboard mattress all night. The only minor thing I’d mention is that street noise can be a bit much if you’re a super light sleeper, but honestly, that’s part of staying somewhere with actual local character rather than those sterile places stuck out by the airport. Overall, Appartamento TOPAZIO hits that rare balance of being special enough to feel like a treat while practical enough that you can actually settle in and live a little.

  L'appartamento è situato in una palazzina d'epoca ed è silenziosissimo; vicino al centro dove si può arrivare a piedi ed è proprio di fronte all'ospedale.Il punto di forza è il fatto che si trova parcheggio,per lo più gratuito il che è comodo considerando che il centro è ztl.Quindi se si arriva in macchina è perfetto.

  L’appartamento è una deliziosa mansarda dai soffitti alti in trave, tutto è stato progettato per sfruttare gli spazi in maniera ottimale. Le finestre sul tetto apribili a soffietto sono elettriche. Le armadiature in casa buone e nel complesso una piccola chicca, difronte all’ingresso laterale dell’ospedale Borgo Trento. Quarto ed ultimo piano con ascensore. La cucina dotata dei servizi essenziali.
  
  What could be improved: Sicuramente la manutenzione della casa. L’acqua in doccia non defluiva bene rischiando di allagare il bagno, non vi è un balcone ne asciugatrice, quindi lo stendino devi lasciarlo al centro della stanza, il divano letto va bene per bimbi molto piccoli perché desueto e con fossa al centro che lo rende scomodo per dormirci. In generale il servizio di pulizia dell’appartamento, che andrebbe pulito in maniera approfondita almeno una volta al mese anche nelle parti alte per non respirarsi la polvere. Anche se nelle parti basse era comunque non pulito bene. Diciamo che sono tutte cose migliorabili, però la casa ha un grosso potenziale!

  El apartamento es tal como las fotografías.. resulta muy espacioso y cómodo para la estadía, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de dias en la ciudad y super limpio, La zona esta cerca del turismo sin estar en medio de ello y cerca de supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes.

  Posto confortevole, pulito e ben organizzato, comodo per la vicinanza al centro di Verona. Per noi con due bambini di 9 e 11 anni è andato molto bene!

  L'appartamento è carinissimo, dotato di ogni comfort (piatti, posate pentole tazze e tazzine tutto perfettamente pulito, lavatrice e forno, ferro da stiro…) soprattutto abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione cialde per il caffè, the, sale e olio, acqua
  Cordialità e disponibilità da parte dell'host che ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate per muoverci e mangiare in città ed è stata molto elastica per check in e check out
  Tornerei a Verona anche solo per alloggiare in questo appartamento!
