  L'appartamento è situato in una palazzina d'epoca ed è silenziosissimo; vicino al centro dove si può arrivare a piedi ed è proprio di fronte all'ospedale.Il punto di forza è il fatto che si trova parcheggio,per lo più gratuito il che è comodo considerando che il centro è ztl.Quindi se si arriva in macchina è perfetto.

  L’appartamento è una deliziosa mansarda dai soffitti alti in trave, tutto è stato progettato per sfruttare gli spazi in maniera ottimale. Le finestre sul tetto apribili a soffietto sono elettriche. Le armadiature in casa buone e nel complesso una piccola chicca, difronte all’ingresso laterale dell’ospedale Borgo Trento. Quarto ed ultimo piano con ascensore. La cucina dotata dei servizi essenziali.
  
  What could be improved: Sicuramente la manutenzione della casa. L’acqua in doccia non defluiva bene rischiando di allagare il bagno, non vi è un balcone ne asciugatrice, quindi lo stendino devi lasciarlo al centro della stanza, il divano letto va bene per bimbi molto piccoli perché desueto e con fossa al centro che lo rende scomodo per dormirci. In generale il servizio di pulizia dell’appartamento, che andrebbe pulito in maniera approfondita almeno una volta al mese anche nelle parti alte per non respirarsi la polvere. Anche se nelle parti basse era comunque non pulito bene. Diciamo che sono tutte cose migliorabili, però la casa ha un grosso potenziale!

  El apartamento es tal como las fotografías.. resulta muy espacioso y cómodo para la estadía, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un par de dias en la ciudad y super limpio, La zona esta cerca del turismo sin estar en medio de ello y cerca de supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes.

  Cordialità e disponibilità da parte dell'host che ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate per muoverci e mangiare in città ed è stata molto elastica per check in e check out
  Tornerei a Verona anche solo per alloggiare in questo appartamento!
