Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re close enough to the action but far enough away to actually get some sleep. The walk to Juliet’s balcony takes maybe 15 minutes, and you’ll pass some great local cafes along the way that most tourists never discover. What really sold me though was the free parking situation. I mean, try finding affordable parking in central Verona — it’s nearly impossible. Having a guaranteed spot after driving through Italian traffic? Priceless.

The neighborhood around Via Mincio feels authentically Italian, you know? There’s a small grocery store just around the corner, and I noticed locals actually live here — it’s not just a tourist zone. The building itself is quiet, which couples definitely seem to appreciate (and I can see why the rating reflects that). You’re not hearing slamming doors or loud conversations echoing through hotel corridors at all hours. The Wi-Fi worked well enough for checking maps and staying in touch, and the shower had decent water pressure — sometimes it’s these simple things that make or break a stay.

  Il Proprietario, Stefano, è stato gentilissimo nell' accoglierci nella struttura.. Con questo caldo soffocante, ha pensato bene a farci trovare l'appartamento fresco con climatizzatore acceso e dell' acqua in frigo!! Posizione ottima per quanto riguarda l'aeroporto e non lontano dal centro.. Top! Consigliato! Torneremo di sicuro!
