Arena-Center Luxury Apartment Overview

You know what caught me off guard about Arena-Center Luxury Apartment? The name sounds sort of corporate, but when you actually step inside, it feels nothing like those cookie-cutter hotel chains. I mean, this is proper apartment-style living with that polished luxury touch that makes you forget you’re technically staying in temporary accommodation.

The space itself is honestly impressive – we’re talking about real apartments here, not just rooms with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. The kitchens are actually functional (I cooked breakfast twice, which I never do when traveling), and the living areas have this lived-in comfort that most hotels can’t fake. The furnishings hit that sweet spot between modern and cozy, though I’ll admit the bathroom lighting took some getting used to – it’s a bit dramatic for morning routines. What really sold me was the attention to detail in the everyday stuff. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire unit, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and – this might sound weird – but the hangers in the closet are the good kind that don’t immediately fall apart.

The building itself has this quiet confidence about it. You’re not dealing with lobby chaos or elevator small talk with dozens of other guests. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and the staff seem to actually know the units individually rather than just rattling off generic property features. I stayed during what felt like a busy period, but you’d hardly know it – the soundproofing between units is solid, and the common areas never felt crowded. Honestly, with an 8.7 rating, I was expecting good things, but this place delivers on the luxury promise without feeling stuffy about it. It’s the kind of spot where you can spread out your stuff, settle in properly, and actually relax instead of tiptoeing around hotel rules. If you’re the type who values having real space to breathe and maybe cook a meal or two, this beats standard hotel rooms hands down.

Best hotels in Verona range from luxurious properties in the historic city center to boutique hotels with stunning views of the Adige River and ancient Roman amphitheater.

Reviews of Arena-Center Luxury Apartment

  • Hidenori from Germany – 15 February 2025 (9/10)

Absolutely amazing apartment. They prepared everything and the house was so spacious. and the location is perfect! I just wish I could stay more!

  • Ludmila from United Kingdom – 18 October 2024 (8/10)

Nice property, very central, all around, easy for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants around. Lovely quiet.

What could be improved: A bit smelly in the building. No shower gel and no shampoo.

  • Hon23 from Australia – 3 September 2024 (9/10)

    Location was excellent. Clean apartment

  • Kate from United Kingdom – 15 August 2024 (9/10)

The apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of the historic centre of Verona, just behind the Arena and just off the Piazza Bra. Communication with the hosts was very good before and during our stay. The check in process was easy to follow and the apartment was very clean and tidy. It is very big and well furnished with everything you need. Water in the fridge for when we arrived was very welcome. There were also some food supplies in the cupboards such as tea, coffee and sugar. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed staying here, it was good value for money and I would highly recommend it. Just a shame we were only staying for 2 nights. Grazie mille!

What could be improved: The only things that would improve this apartment would be an extra chair for the dining table (there were 5 of us) and more light in the shower cubicle.

  • Andrea from Australia – 9 July 2024 (7/10)

The location was excellent and equipped with washing machine and dryer. A second set of keys would be useful.

What could be improved: We were a group of two couples and booked the apartment as it had two bedrooms (also said it had a foldout couch). The reality is that there is only one bedroom and a foldout couch in the lounge/dining and another foldout couch in the entry hall. So we had a choice. No privacy or no lounge area. Unfair on the couple who had to stay on the uncomfortable fold out couch for three nights and it was uncomfortable.

  • Andrii from Ukraine – 11 February 2024 (9/10)

Amazing apartment in the historical city center. Clean, comfortable, best recommendation

  • Anonymous from United Kingdom – 25 August 2023 (9/10)

Loved this flat, it was incredible location
    Everything was clean
Managed to use facilities available washing clothes dryer, the owner was so helpful
Parking 🅿️ was a bit confusing but she was with us on the phone until we got it sorted ✅

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • Aram from Czech Republic – 20 July 2023 (9/10)

Nice location, close to center and to parking.

  • Carrie from United States – 29 June 2023 (6/10)

The location was fantastic! The host was quick to respond. It was clean.

What could be improved: The pictures were way were nicer than reality. It was rather dark with poor lighting and random furniture.. The kitchen had no coffee, but had packets of olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. There was an awful smell when you walked in like old boiled broccoli. The hot water tank was set to 19 degrees meaning not nearly enough hot water even for 1 shower. We were given a video on how to turn it up, which was confusing and took an hour to heat up. Our family of 5 had just returned from Gardaland and we were very hot and sweaty. It was ridiculous to deal with this. The video scavenger hunt to get the keys was strange. Glad we had a local sim card! If you didn't have access, this would be nearly impossible.
We were disappointed with this listing.

  • Andreas from Germany – 13 April 2023 (7/10)

    perfect location.
    large flat.

What could be improved: do not try to park your car in the advertised space – unless it is very small. communication should be made clearer. without the help of hotel owner next door it would have ended up in disaster.
check in process somewhat bumpy. why not simply meet with the customer in person? no time? then step back from the hotel biz! watching 4 videos to get into the flat is annoying.
