Arena Concert Concerto Love – Historic House Amorino at “Palazzo Tiolo” Palace Overview
You know what caught me off guard about the Arena Concert Concerto Love – Historic House Amorino at “Palazzo Tiolo” Palace? The name makes it sound almost theatrical, but honestly, that’s exactly what this place delivers – and I mean that in the best possible way. Walking through the entrance of this 4-star gem feels like stepping onto a film set, with all these gorgeous period details that somehow don’t feel stuffy or museum-like. The palazzo setting is absolutely stunning, and you can tell they’ve put serious thought into preserving the historical character while actually making it comfortable for modern travelers.
I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I first booked it – sometimes these historic properties can be all charm and no substance, you know? But this place nailed the balance. The rooms have this warm, lived-in elegance that makes you feel like you’re staying in some aristocratic family’s beautifully maintained home rather than a cookie-cutter hotel. The staff clearly knows their stuff too – they’re not just going through the motions, they actually seem to understand what makes this place special and they’re genuinely excited to share little details about the building’s history. I mean, you don’t get a 9.6 rating without consistently delivering something memorable, and after staying here, I totally get why guests are raving about it.
What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to create this intimate, almost residential atmosphere while still providing proper hotel services. The acoustic quality is surprisingly good considering the name hints at musical connections – I was worried about noise, but the rooms are actually quite peaceful. Check-in was smooth, no weird quirks or complications that sometimes come with these characterful properties. And honestly, if you’re someone who appreciates architectural details and wants to feel like you’re experiencing something authentically special rather than just finding a place to sleep, this is exactly the kind of spot that’ll make your trip more memorable. It’s not trying to be everything to everyone, which I actually love – it knows what it is and does it really, really well.
Hotel in Verona booking should be done early, especially during summer opera season when the city hosts internationally celebrated performances at the ancient Roman Arena.

Jednoduše vše. Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Osvětlení v bytě bylo příjemným překvapením. Hostitel Roberto byl úžasný, se vším bleskově poradil a pomohl. Klidná lokalita. Byl nám umožněn bezplatný pozdější check-out. Opravdu doporučuji.

This newly renovated apartment was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was top-notch, the bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the living area was flooded with natural light. The bathroom was fantastic, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Easy walking distance to shops and areas of interest. Our incredible host, Roberto, went above and beyond, providing a welcome gift of Prosecco and whiskey. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Spacious, high-tech, glamorous apartment so close to the old town. Very walkable to all the historic sites. Turn right out of the apartment and you reach stunning piazzas and restaurants at every turn. Especially gorgeous at nighttime.

Musea, etc. Very friendly host, wine in the fridge, super after a Tiring day by car.
What could be improved: I think it was a little expensive.Rodrigo from Brazil – 2 August 2024 (10/10)
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Verona, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment of booking to the day we left, every detail was impeccable. Communication with our host, Roberto, was fantastic—he was extremely attentive and truly enhanced our stay.
When we arrived, we were welcomed with music playing automatically, a record player with classic vinyls, and a beautifully climate-controlled, quiet environment with a lovely view of a nearby church. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but trust me… even better in person! It was an incredible find on Bookings. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, every detail of the apartment was meticulously planned, elevating our experience to another level.
Right in front of the apartment, there’s an osteria where we had the best focaccia in all of Italy. The apartment itself is modern, with well-planned automation, great lighting, and a prime location in the historic center of Verona. It offers excellent value for the price.
We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it, and Roberto was extremely helpful in making all the necessary arrangements. When we extended our stay, we even met Roberto in person for a few drinks and had an amazing conversation. We had an incredible time in Verona, and this apartment played a significant role in our wonderful experience.
There was not a single negative aspect of our stay. We traveled all over Italy, and this was by far the best place we stayed! My fiancée and I will definitely return and hope to have another memorable stay.
Thank you, Roberto, for making our time in Verona unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!Rosemary from Australia – 11 July 2024 (10/10)
