Arena in fiera Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Arena in fiera? The fact that this unassuming 3-star place somehow manages to feel way more polished than hotels charging twice the price. I mean, when I first pulled up – and honestly, the exterior doesn’t scream “luxury” or anything – I was expecting your typical business traveler crash pad. But walking into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here.
The rooms are what really sold me though. Sure, they’re not massive, but everything just works the way it should, you know? The shower pressure is actually decent (which, let’s be real, can make or break a hotel stay), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete. What I appreciated most was how quiet it stays, even when the place fills up. The soundproofing between rooms is better than you’d expect, and if you’re someone who needs their sleep, you’ll actually get it here. The staff genuinely seems to enjoy their jobs too, which makes a huge difference when you need recommendations or help with anything.
Here’s the thing that really impressed me – this place consistently delivers on the basics while adding those little touches that show they’re paying attention. The breakfast spread isn’t going to win awards, but it’s fresh and there’s enough variety to keep you happy for a week-long stay. Check-in was smooth, housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and honestly, for a 3-star property, the overall experience feels more like what you’d get from a boutique place. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels with higher star ratings that left me more frustrated than relaxed. Arena in fiera gets that hospitality isn’t about fancy marble lobbies or overly complicated amenities – it’s about making sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. That 9.5 rating isn’t just people being generous; it’s earned through consistent attention to what actually matters when you’re traveling.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Verona at least two months ahead for major events like opera performances and wine festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular romantic sites.

Milton from Brazil – 25 September 2024 (10/10)
Solange from France – 2 September 2024 (10/10)

Apartamento impecable, bien equipado y con mucho espacio
What could be improved: Quizás el lugar dónde está ubicado, pero tampoco era problemaMarosv from Slovakia – 12 July 2024 (9/10)
Big and well equipped house placed in the industrial zone of the town (but I haven't feel any discomfort). Communication with the owner was perfect, the property was clean and ready for us as agreed. The center of the town is cca 5 min by car with a lot of parking possibilities.

Very nice house, big shopping mall nearby. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The host is nice and polite.
Half hour driving from Gardaland.
In general all perfect.Mark from United Kingdom – 22 September 2023 (8/10)
Location was within walking distance of many restaurants and a shopping centre. Property was clean and all facilities were of a high standard. Owners were good with info via text messages.
What could be improved: Very hard to book a taxi as it was an automated system by phone and only in Italian, we had to walk to a nearby restaurant and ask them to ring for us. The owner thankfully rang for a taxi to take us back to the airport. Could not find a kettle or ironing board at the propertyAnna from United Kingdom – 15 July 2023 (10/10)
