I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Arena Luxury Apartment, I was expecting something a bit more… well, apartment-like. But this 4-star place really surprised me in the best way possible. It’s got that sweet spot between hotel service and the space you actually want when you’re traveling, you know? The kind of place where you can spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.

What really struck me about staying here was how they’ve nailed that luxury apartment vibe without going overboard. The rooms – and I mean, they’re proper rooms, not those cramped hotel boxes – actually feel like somewhere you could live for a while. The kitchenette situation is legit too, which honestly saved me a fortune on room service and those ridiculously priced hotel breakfast spreads. I mean, sometimes you just want to make your own coffee at 6 AM without having to get dressed and go downstairs, right? The furnishings hit that modern-but-comfortable mark that’s surprisingly hard to find – not so sleek that you’re afraid to touch anything, but stylish enough that your Instagram stories look decent.

The service here runs pretty smooth, and I appreciated that they seem to get the apartment concept. They’re not hovering like at some hotels, but when you need something, they’re on it. Check-in was painless, and the staff actually seemed to know their neighborhood well when I asked about local spots. The 8.3 rating makes total sense to me – it’s solidly good without being perfect, which I actually prefer sometimes. Perfect places make me nervous, like I’m going to break something expensive. Here, you can relax and actually enjoy your stay. The whole setup works especially well if you’re staying more than just a night or two, or if you’re traveling with other people and need that extra space to not drive each other crazy. It’s one of those places that gets better the longer you stay, which is pretty rare in my experience.

  Great location and helpful staff. Noisy at night. Hot water in the shower has no pressure, and the other shower goes hot and cold, and it has a very small door to get in.

  Very spacious and airy. Loved having the balcony to have coffee in the morning. Couldn’t have been better placed for restaurants and sites.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately we did not have hot water, but as we were only there for 1 night we didn’t say. I have no doubt host would have sorted straight away had we said. He was very quick to respond when we first arrived.
  Bed linen could be a bit more welcoming. Felt very masculine!

  Extremely central, just a few minutes by foot to the Arena. The apartment itself is very spatios, the AC works great and the two bathrooms make it easy for many people to live together. It was also extremely clean and the expandable sofa was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: There was a small misunderstanding with the host as well as a delay with the cleaning so we were unable to check in at 3pm and had to wait until 5pm to do so.

  Location was fantastic. Everything one needed including washing machine , drying rack, pegs. Coffee maker with pods provided. Host was most accommodating with whatever queries vi WhatsApp.
