I’ll be honest – when I first walked into Arena Luxury Suite, the name had me expecting something a bit more grandiose. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you in quieter ways. This 3-star property has this understated elegance that grows on you, and honestly, that 8.9 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve spent a night or two there.

The suites themselves are where this place really shines – and I mean actual suites, not those cramped hotel rooms they sometimes try to pass off with fancy names. There’s genuine space to spread out here, which is something you don’t always get even at pricier places. The living areas feel lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense, with comfortable seating that you’d actually want to relax in after a long day. I particularly loved the way they’ve done the lighting – it’s warm and adjustable, so you’re not stuck with those harsh overhead bulbs that make everything feel like an office. The kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped too; I actually ended up making breakfast a couple of mornings because everything I needed was right there.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the service. The staff here seems to genuinely care about getting things right – not in that overly scripted way you sometimes encounter, but more like they take pride in what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth (I arrived pretty late and they were still welcoming), and when I had a question about local restaurants, the person at the front desk gave me actual recommendations rather than just handing over a generic tourist brochure. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive – they somehow manage to refresh everything while still leaving your space feeling like yours. I did notice the walls could be a touch thicker; you can hear neighbors moving around if they’re not being considerate, but it wasn’t anything that kept me awake. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to get work done or stream something to unwind. Overall, Arena Luxury Suite delivers on comfort and genuine hospitality without the pretense you sometimes get at flashier places – it’s the kind of spot where you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just another reservation number.

  Excellent location only a few footsteps from the arena and within walking distance of all the sights, shops, bars and restaurants. Room was a good size, clean, modern and comfortable. Easy to find and we were greeted by the host who made our check in effortless. Excellent bus service too and from the airport within five minutes.

  Best location ever, amazing jacuzzi tub suite. Loved every bit of it and communication with host and getting entry access was flawless. She even helped me get a car to train station when I was having issues with it. Lovely stay. We will be back!

  The room is beautiful with a view of the Arena. We were missing towels and they responded quickly with replacements. We made a last minute reservation and it was handled very well. Having a coffee maker in the room was a big bonus.
  
  What could be improved: The shower is in the same room as the bed (in our case) if that bothers you. We had no issue with it.
