I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Arryanna Apartment, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s one of those places that sort of flies under the radar, you know? But sometimes those are exactly the gems you’re looking for when you want something that feels more like staying at a friend’s place than in some massive hotel complex.

What really struck me about this spot is how it manages to nail that sweet spot between homey and professional. I mean, it’s got that 3-star rating, so you’re not expecting marble lobbies or concierge service, but honestly? The 8.9 guest rating tells you everything you need to know about what actually matters. The apartment setup means you get way more space than you’d find in a typical hotel room – there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase for your entire stay. The kitchen situation is pretty solid too, which is clutch if you’re staying for more than just a quick weekend or if you’re traveling with kids who get cranky without their usual snacks.

You know what I really appreciate? The staff here actually seems to care about making sure you’re settled in properly. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward hovering while they try to upsell you on room upgrades or spa packages. The whole vibe is just… relaxed, I guess? Like they trust you to be a reasonable human being, and in return, you kind of want to live up to that. The apartment itself has that lived-in comfort that makes you feel settled pretty much immediately. Sure, it’s not going to win any interior design awards, but everything works the way it should, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the bed is actually comfortable (which, let’s be real, is sometimes a gamble even at fancier places). The neighborhood has that authentic feel where you can grab coffee or groceries without it feeling like a tourist trap, and it’s quiet enough that you’re not dealing with street noise keeping you awake but not so isolated that you feel cut off from everything. If you’re the type of traveler who values substance over flash – decent space, good value, and people who actually seem happy to have you there – this place delivers on that front without any of the pretense.

  The accommodation is 15-20 minutes away from Verona's old town by public transport. The host is very helpful and kind, clearly caring about the comfort of their guests—thank you once again!
  
  The area is quiet, even though the terrace overlooks the street, where you can enjoy the September sunset. If we visit Verona again, we will definitely choose this accommodation again, if it's available!
  
  Ps.: Google Maps doesn't accurately indicate local public transport. If you're traveling to Verona now, pay close attention to the stops to see if the bus is coming that way, and remember that it's not just the bus number that matters, but also its destination! Even if a bus goes in the same direction with the same number, it might not take you to the right place.:)

  The location is quiet. A big supermarket nearby. You can reach the historical center with many bus options. You can pay with card in the bus for 2 euros a trip or cash with the driver for 1.5 euros a trip.
  There is plenty of free parking next to the building and in the underground. The balcony is also of generous size and we had great sunsets from the balcony.
  The air conditioning was working properly, the bathroom clean and with all you need.
  The kitchen was also very clean and useful and we were spoiled with some drinks on arrival.

  Nice apartment, clean, modern and had a lot of equipment such as cooking supplies, hairdryer, washing machine etc. Self check in with keybox. The host called about 30 minutes before check in time and shared the code to the box.

  Mario was very helpful and respectful! The apartment was super clean, organized and we had everything we needed and more! They truly took care of every detail! They even had a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us! Great place to stay! I will definitely book again!
  
  What could be improved: It was not a deal breaker but the only reason I didn’t give it a 10 it was because the neighbors downstairs will hit the floor every time we walk, they seemed to be bothered by everything. We shared this with Mario, the host and he was very understanding and he assured us he would address the situation.
