The family usually hangs around during breakfast hours, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations without being pushy about it. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle depending on where exactly you end up (the address situation seems a bit unclear), but the owners will walk you through the local parking rules – and trust me, you want that intel because every Italian city has its own mysterious system. The whole experience feels authentic in a way that’s getting harder to find these days, especially when so many places are trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect. Sure, it’s not luxury, but it’s genuine hospitality from people who actually care whether you have a good time.

  What could be improved: The landlord should advise customers the key safe is located on the railings ‘opposite’ the front door of the property. We had to ask for help.

  Great Location. The apartment was huge, allowing for all the space needed.
  
  What could be improved: The cleaning can be improved. beds and towles were very dusty and the bathroom was not very clean and used towels were left in the property.

  This appartment is perfectly located in the middle of the old town of Verona. The host was very nice and helped us promptly upon arrival in getting access to the appartment.

  The owner, Emanuel was excellent at communication, all prompt and accurate. The location is out of this world, right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by history, shops, bars, restaurants. The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were comfortable. The underground car park at Piazza Citadella , is an easy 10 minute walk away and wasn't expensive.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen is ok , but a little bit weary and not well equipped, if you are eating out- no problem, otherwise its a great place

  The apartment is located in a very good place really near from the shopping area and all atractions. The people was always super nice and help us with all our needs, great place to stay in verona.

  What could be improved: Plug sockets were not brilliant. One was hanging off the wall in one bedroom. The hairdryer in the big bathroom would not fit any of the plug sockets. It would also have been nice to have a a sofa or something.
