Check-in was a breeze; the front desk folks were friendly, no-nonsense Italians who sorted me out in minutes, even though I showed up a bit late after getting lost on those roundabout-heavy roads. There’s free parking right out front, which is a godsend in Italy – no circling blocks like you’d do downtown.

Stepping into the room, it felt straightforward and clean, nothing fancy but way better than you’d expect for a 3-star spot with an 8.2 rating. The bed was firm – that good kind of supportive where you actually sleep well – and the AC hummed quietly, blocking out any distant highway noise from the nearby tangenziale. Well, sort of; there was a faint rumble in the mornings, but it didn’t bother me much. Breakfast downstairs is your classic continental setup: fresh croissants that smell like they’ve just come out of the oven, decent espresso (though I wish they’d splurge on better jam options), and those little yogurts that hit the spot. I grabbed a table by the window and watched locals zipping by on scooters – it’s that kind of neighborhood, with a few unassuming trattorias nearby on Via Legnago where you can snag authentic risotto for cheap. Oh, and the Wi-Fi was solid; I streamed a movie without hiccups, which is rare in budget hotels. One minor gripe? The bathroom’s on the basic side – think functional shower, no frills like fancy soaps – but for the price, it’s hard to complain.

All in all, if you’re road-tripping through Veneto or need a no-fuss base to explore Verona without the tourist hordes, this place is a smart pick. It’s got that practical vibe for travelers like me who prioritize value over luxury – you can hop on a bus to Piazza Bra in under 15 minutes, or drive to the Adige River for a sunset walk. Just avoid peak summer when the fairs make everything busier; spring or fall is ideal for that quiet charm. I’d go back, no question – it’s the kind of spot that feels real, you know?

  We have appreciated the room size and the bed comfort. Location is practical close to the highway exit really close to the most important access to the city center.

  The rooms were big and clean with perfect morning sunshine , easy self check in service at any time. Staff was very welcoming and breakfast was great!

  In this hotel you will meet very kind and helpfull personel. Rooms are very clean. The hotel is located near the speedway but even in night it is hard to hear them cause it's good muted. There is only chance you will hear some people on the corridor, but it is still quiet. Area near the hotel is calm and seems safe. Not far from hotel is AGIDEO, local huge shopping center, so it is easy to do shopping without long trips. Remember to look on VeronaCard if you want to see some museums or churches.
  
  What could be improved: If you travel by car this problem will not affect you so much, but to go to old city by bus you must be ready for more than a half a hour of travel. Weekly buses are stopping not very far from hotel (61 line for our trip), but weekend and night buses (like 92 or 98) have a bit more distance to walk to them, but if you are not afraid of seeing Verona from other angles than only old city, then what is more important, it is still fully possible to travel in weekend and nights too.

  Great room, easy check-in. Really clean and comfortable, it looks really good for its price.
  
  What could be improved: It would be nice to announce the advertised on-side EV charging isn't actually available if you arrive past a certain hour. I had to get up early in the morning and waste time charging somewhere else, because I couldn't charge overnight, even though this was one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel.
