Here’s what I love about the location — you’re in a real Veronese neighborhood, not some touristy bubble. The Borgo Milano district gives you a genuine slice of local life, with cafes and shops that actually serve residents rather than just visitors. You’re close enough to Verona’s historic center that it’s totally doable by public transport or a short taxi ride, but far enough out that you’ll pay reasonable prices for meals and drinks. The nearby stadium area means there’s decent infrastructure and transport links, which honestly makes getting around much easier than I expected.

The Rooms

The accommodations at B&B Rialto strike that sweet spot between comfortable and unpretentious. My room had everything I actually needed — good Wi-Fi, a decent shower, and a bed that didn’t leave me tossing and turning all night. The decor is simple but thoughtful, with local touches that remind you you’re in Italy without going overboard on the theme. What really impressed me was how quiet it was, considering you’re in a residential building — the soundproofing is better than you’d expect for a three-star place.

  Location was great and easy to get by public transport. Absolutely wonderful restaurant close by and Max was easy to contact with.

  Overall, my stay at Rate B&B Rialto was pleasant. The facilities in the room were excellent, offering a comfortable and well-equipped space. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the service commendable.
  
  However, I must mention that the location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, making it less convenient for exploring the main attractions. Additionally, being situated on the 3rd or 4th story without a lift was a bit challenging, especially with luggage or after a tiring day of sightseeing.
  
  If you prioritize a quiet and peaceful environment with great facilities, Rate B&B Rialto could be a suitable choice. Just be prepared for the inconvenience of the location and stairs if you prefer easy access to the city center and require lift accessibility.

  Max, who was in charge of the B&B, was in constant contact with us and waited for us to come. The main double bed was comfortable and the high ceiling gave us the impression of space. Although the place is a bit distant from the city of Verona, there are several buses which bring you there in less than 30 minutes for 2 euros.
  
  What could be improved: The secondary storied bed was squeezing and our son had difficulties with sleeping on it. In the description, it was written that there was a coffee maker, but in fact, it was only available for those, who pay for the breakfast.
