  Die Residenz liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof von Avesa. Das Stadtzentrum von Verona ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine Buslinie ist in der Nähe. Wir konnten auch Räder nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch: hochwertig, liebevoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Bäder sind topp. Alles ist sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen.

  Facilidad para el check in y check out. Cordialidad con la dueña Ludovika, muy amable, ella habla ingles.. Antonella, pasaba la aspiradora y fregaba el suelo 2/3 veces por semana, súper agradable y su hija habla varios idiomas, muy atenta, te da la información que necesites para una buena estancia en Verona.El Spa está muy bien, fijate que este incluido en el precio .El primer día dejaron desayuno gratis, se agradece. Bonita decoracion entre lo rustico pero con un toque moderno. Esta alejado del centro pero el autobús número 23 te deja allí en 15 min. Tiene mosquiteras en la planta de arriba. Aparcas en frente de la casa, parking privado, el garaje está ocupado con sus pertenencias.
  
  What could be improved: No tiene lavadora, ni plancha. Estuvimos 2 semanas,, es imprescindible para todo este tiempo. El salón comedor es incómodo para una familia de 5 personas. El WiFi funciona mal en los dormitorios ( están en el piso de arriba). El garaje no se puede usar para meter el coche porque está lleno con sus pertenencias, el lado positivo es que tiene un futbolin, bicicleta, que las puedes usar. Una de las 2 habitaciones es muy pequeña, la cama matrimonial es más bien para uno, el otro dormitorio con sofá si está bien, la cama matrimonial si es para dos.
