  Mycket fin och bekväm lägenhet i gammalt "palazzo" mitt i Verona. Fantastisk värdinna som lagt all sin själ i att inreda lägenheten. Allt var perfekt men det allra bästa var vår värdinna Billie som är enastående. Hon gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Inget var omöjligt för henne. Hon var alltid glad, trevlig och otroligt hjälpsam. Tack Billie för en underbar vistelse i Verona!

  Location could not have been any better. We were right in the middle of the historic centre with everything at our doorstop. The apartment was absolutely wonderful and well appointed. Billie, was an amazing host and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The personal touch was very endearing. She would message me everyday to check if we needed anything and was ever ready with helpful tips. Will certainly recommend to my friends.

  Alles was gewoon fantastisch. Het begon al met de informatie die we voor onze aankomst van Billie kregen. Zij adviseerde ons om een parkeerplaats te reserveren in Parkeergarage Arsenale en daar waren wij achteraf heel erg blij om. Wij waren er 2 weken en hoefden nooit naar een parkeerplaats te zoeken.
  De aankomst en de hartelijke ontvangst door Billie!!! Ze heeft ons geholpem met het sjouwen van onze bagage en niets was haar te veel. Onze hond was overigens ook van harte welkom, ondanks haar formaat. Thanks a lot Billie!!!!
  Het appartement was echt geweldig. Prachtig ingericht met veel zorg en aandacht voor details. Goede bedden, douche uitstekend, keuken perfect. De 2 balkons aan de voorkant, zo heerlijk om daar te genieten van de flanerende Italianen. Alle voorzieningen op loopafstand, bakker, slager, supermarkt. Het was een genot om zo in Verona te verblijven.
  En de service van Billie, altijd bereikbaar, meteen een reactie op onze vragen, behulpzaam en zeer attent. En dan nog die overheerlijke fles wijn die voor de deur stond op de laatste avond voor ons vertrek. We zijn met pijn in ons hart vertrokken.

  Billie is an exceptional host with a spacious apartment in an amazing location in the heart of Verona’s old town. Billie provided information in advance of our stay, met us on arrival and was on hand by WhatsApp/phone throughout our stay, helping to arrange trips and taxis. The apartment was very clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable and the bathrooms had plenty of hot water with excellent power showers with soaps provided. To open up the verandas to the street below made us feel as though we had our own secret part of the city. Amazing sites, shops, bars and restaurants are literally on the front doorstep and yet it is also easy to visit attractions out of town – we caught the train to Garda where we hired a boat for the day and visited a vineyard in Valpolicella. What is not to love?! Thank you Billie for looking after us, your care and attention makes a huge difference.
