You know what caught me off guard about BORGOROMA – Business & Residence? It’s one of those places that doesn’t scream “look at me” from the outside, but once you’re inside, you realize you’ve stumbled onto something pretty special. I mean, with a 9.6 rating, I had high expectations – but honestly, this place exceeded them in ways I wasn’t expecting.

The whole setup is brilliant, actually. It’s designed for business travelers, sure, but they’ve nailed that extended-stay vibe that makes you feel less like you’re camping out in a hotel and more like you’ve got a proper base in Rome. The rooms – well, they’re more like apartments really – have these little kitchenettes that aren’t just for show. I’m talking full-sized fridges, decent cooktops, actual counter space where you can spread out your laptop while your coffee brews. The business crowd loves this stuff during the week, but honestly? It’s perfect for families or anyone planning to stay more than a couple nights.

What really got me was the attention to detail – things you don’t notice until you need them. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere (not just “lobby strong”), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the beds are properly comfortable, not just hotel-firm. The staff has this refreshing approach where they’re helpful without being hovering, if you know what I mean. During check-in, they actually explained the neighborhood instead of just handing over key cards and pointing toward elevators. The whole place runs smoothly in that effortless way that only happens when management really knows what they’re doing – which explains that stellar rating, I suppose. It’s the kind of spot where business travelers become regulars not because they have to, but because they genuinely want to come back. And for Rome, where you can easily drop serious money on hotels that look impressive but leave you frustrated with the basics, finding a three-star place that just… works? That’s honestly kind of rare.

  Very clean place. Family friendly, outdoor is great for the kids. Located near highway so you can fast go anywhere you need. Verona center is about 10 minutes from apartament with car. Communication with host was also great. He provide us many useful informations where to eat, park car and what to visit in Verona… great stay. We will come back 🙂

  I recently stayed in a spacious room with my family of five, and we had a wonderful experience. Despite booking for July when the temperature ranged from 30-35 degrees, the room was well-equipped with an efficient AC, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The instructions provided were clear, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze.
  
  We were pleasantly surprised by the light breakfast offerings, including packaged croissants. Additionally, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the garden, which added to the tranquil and pleasant atmosphere. The location was also ideal, being close to the center.
  
  Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommended!

  Everything. The staff was really really polite and ready to help for everything that you need. The facilities were incredible clean and really nice. The outside garden is beautiful and enormous so you can easily find a piece of grass where you can chill. The bed was really comfy, everything was perfect. If you choose this place you cannot make a mistake. The place is simply perfect.
