Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling, no complicated key card explanations, just “here’s your room, here’s how the smart TV works, let us know if you need anything.” The kind of approach that makes you feel like they’ve thought through what travelers actually want rather than what looks good in a brochure. With a 9.2 rating, I get why people keep coming back here. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals so well that you end up having a better stay than at places that cost twice as much. Honestly, if you’re the type who values reliable internet, good entertainment options, and a place that just works without drama, this is going to hit the spot.

  The place is very nice, clean, close to the city center, easy checkin.
  While we didn't need it, the soap, shower gel & shampoo were missing, together with the bath mat.

  Very good location, nice apartment and good price. Also Marco was super kind for the check in.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was not properly cleaned. Dust, hairs and some dirty was everywhere. They cleaned the minimum between guests, leaving a lot of long-term dirty. Also the mattress was quite bad, with q huge depression in the middle. They should change it
