  Such a fantastic property. A true hidden gem and the attention to detail by the owner and his wife is exemplary. The heating is in the floors! That is exceptional. I slept like a baby even though I am a woman travelling alone. They made it so convenient and luxurious which is a rare combination! I will definitely visit and stay with them again and encourage my friends and family to do so as well.

  Beautiful rooms. Very nice family/reception team running the property. Very tasteful decor and nice snacks in the room for when you arrive. Spotlessly clean modern facilities.

  This is a truly lovely property. It’s beautifully and elegantly furnished, very comfortable and welcoming, filled with light, and meticulously cared for. That is true of both the common areas and the private rooms. The staff was exceptional—they are lovely people who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were well taken care of.
  
  What could be improved: Although we very much liked the location, which is in a safe, quiet and lovely area, it is about a ten minute walk to cafes for breakfast. This is just a note, not a complaint.

  Nice property in the city center. There is everything what you need for comfortable stay. Even 5* hotels do not offer so much small things and excellent quality equipment as Butterfly. Polite and friendly hosts. Help with excellent suggestion for dinner and made reservations for us. Close to Butterfly is nice places for breakfast.

  Everything! Quiet, great location and very helpful staff! They were communicative before and during our stay. They helped secure a driver on our arrival into Verona. With delayed flight and trains they made sure we had a driver at 10 pm instead of original 8am. Excellent staff. They provided restaurant recommendations! And secured our taxi on departure.
