Ca’ del Buso Overview

You know what caught me off guard about Ca’ del Buso? The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that you’ve stumbled onto something genuinely special – not in that overly polished, trying-too-hard way, but more like discovering a well-kept secret that locals have been quietly enjoying for years. The place has this effortless 4-star elegance that doesn’t feel stuffy or pretentious. I mean, the lobby alone has these beautiful architectural details that you can tell weren’t just thrown together by some corporate design team. The staff actually remembers your name after day one (which honestly doesn’t happen much anymore), and they have this knack for anticipating what you need before you even ask.

What really sets this place apart – and I’m talking from someone who’s stayed in way too many hotels – is how they’ve managed to create spaces that feel both intimate and spacious at the same time. The rooms have character, you know? Not that cookie-cutter sameness you get at chain hotels. The beds are seriously comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have this lovely blend of modern functionality with touches that feel authentically local. The soundproofing is excellent too, which matters more than people think – I slept like a baby even though there was some activity in the courtyard area during the evening.

The common areas have this wonderful lived-in quality where you actually want to hang out rather than just rush through to your room. I spent a good amount of time in their lounge area just people-watching and planning my days, and the Wi-Fi was solid throughout (essential for someone like me who can’t completely disconnect). The whole property has this warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re staying with sophisticated relatives rather than just occupying a room. With an 8.9 rating, it’s clear other travelers have picked up on the same qualities that impressed me. It’s one of those places where the sum total somehow exceeds the individual parts – everything just works together seamlessly, creating an experience that lingers in your memory long after checkout.

  • Shavit from United States – 17 April 2024 (4/10)

The house is very pretty. Sweet dogs.

What could be improved: Location, lots of brown bags, lack of supplements. Additional cost for the wellness area.

  • Athanasios from Greece – 16 October 2023 (9/10)

  • Caroline from United Kingdom – 2 September 2023 (9/10)

The property was incredibly spacious, with lots of personality and set in beautiful grounds, with fabulous views. It was all incredibly clean and well maintained, with great facilities – the kitchen especially was a joy to use. Francesca was amazing, very friendly, and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. She even made us a pie! I would definitely recommend

What could be improved: The only thing that could be problematic is the location. We personally loved it, but the property is very high up and quite remote, requiring driving everywhere, although personally, I found this was part of its charm,

  • Mari from Austria – 11 July 2023 (9/10)

    ヴェローナの中心から15分ほどのぶどう畑の中にあり、とても涼しく快適でした。

    What could be improved: 特になし

  • Katleen from Belgium – 9 July 2023 (9/10)

Prachtige locatie. Unieke villa temidden van de wijngaarden.
    Mooie stijl intern.
Eigenaars jammer genoeg niet aanwezig, maar niet beperkend.
Enige gemis was zwembad en koffie apparaat.

What could be improved: Gemis aan zwembad en koffie apparaat.
    Afstand tov centrum.
