I’m talking about proper Wi-Fi, decent water pressure, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. Small things, but they matter when you’re trying to decompress after walking fifteen miles through Venice in August heat.

What strikes me most is how the staff operates – they’re not hovering or overly formal, but they clearly know their neighborhood inside and out. When I mentioned wanting to find a decent spritz spot away from the crowds, the front desk guy immediately rattled off three places within walking distance that locals frequent, complete with which cicchetti to order. The location puts you in a quieter pocket of the city where you can actually hear yourself think in the evenings, but you’re still close enough to the main attractions that nothing feels like a trek. Plus, there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels residential rather than touristy – watching neighbors chat in the courtyard, hearing church bells instead of tour group megaphones. It’s the kind of place that makes Venice feel like a city people actually live in, not just a museum you’re visiting.

  The property has a very modern and pleasant structure both inside and outside, perfectly in tune with the surrounding zone, next to Adige river and outside of the crowded center of Verona. The apartment itself is wide, comfy and well-lighted thanks to all the windows on the external walls (our apartment was on the corner for the building). Staff is very professional, kind and available, giving you advices about places to visit and how to get there.

  Everything was superb
  Chiara is a very kind, professional person, from the first minutes we realized that she is a wonderful person, she provided us with all the necessary information.
  And the property is a dream, the inner courtyard, the pool,… parking spaces in the courtyard, underground, the rooms are very clean, equipped with everything you need, and the view from our room was fantastic, view of the mountain, the river, the cathedral.
  We felt like home.
  Thank you Chiara, we will definitely come back.

  It was clean, modern and had good facilities. The family running the rooms and apartments were friendly and really helpful.

  What could be improved: Nothing. The outdoor pool isn’t heated so consider that, if going later in the year when the temperatures are not as hot.

  The hosts were incrediby friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and the room was spacious wih a lovely furnished balcony. If you are using Verona as a hub or if you simply need time to relax, this is the PERFECT place.

  The hosts, the place, the amenities, the pool, everything was perfect. Beyond satisfied with our stay, highly recommended to everyone, we had issues with noise the first night, they moved us to a better room, free of charge.
