I was surprised by how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re right there by the water where you’d expect some activity. Maybe it’s the way the building sits, or just good windows, but I slept really well.

What I loved most was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. Not just the obvious tourist stuff, but they pointed me toward this little café about ten minutes’ walk away that I never would have found on my own, and suggested the best times to walk along the river when it’s not crowded with tour groups. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me — it’s not perfect (the wifi was a bit spotty in my room, and check-in took longer than expected), but it’s the kind of place where the good stuff really outweighs any minor issues. Honestly, if you’re looking for somewhere that feels authentically local but still gives you that comfortable, well-looked-after feeling, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  The apartment is perfect, in a wonderful location with a Juliette balcony looking straight out onto the river. Very convenient as we could easily walk into Verona and there are bread shops, a supermarket and restaurants all very nearby. Paola, the owner, was most helpful.

  the apartment is a stunning accommodation in a historical building, renovated with supreme taste and a special attention to practicalities. it is well equipped and you can walk from there everywhere in the center of Verona. The host is very helpful and responsive. We chose this accommodation because we wanted something close to the center with a private parking lot, it exceeded our expectations

  it was perfect for Valentine’s Day right on the river. was very peaceful, slept well and centrally located.
  
  What could be improved: Very thin side walls. If the neighbours are home you hear every single word so just make sure to play some music and you’ll be fine.

  Apartment is clean and has all you need. Location is fantastic, right on the edge of Verona City centre with a beautiful short walk along the water.
