Casa Borsari Suite Overview

You know what struck me first about Casa Borsari Suite? It’s one of those places that completely defies its modest 3-star rating – honestly, I’ve stayed in plenty of 4-star hotels that didn’t come close to this level of attention to detail. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about your experience, not just checking boxes on some corporate hospitality list.

The suites themselves are what really won me over. I mean, when a place calls itself “suite,” you sort of expect maybe a sitting area tacked onto a regular room, but these are genuinely spacious, thoughtfully designed spaces. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show either – they’re actually equipped well enough that you could prepare a real meal if you wanted to (though honestly, with all the incredible local spots nearby, you probably won’t want to). The bathrooms deserve a mention too – modern fixtures, great water pressure, and those little touches like quality toiletries that make you feel like they’ve thought through every detail. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything stayed, even when the place seemed pretty full. You can tell they’ve invested in proper soundproofing, which is rarer than you’d think in boutique places like this.

The staff here operates on a completely different level – that 9.2 rating isn’t just numbers, it reflects genuine hospitality. They remember your name after one interaction, they’ll go out of their way to help with restaurant recommendations (and I mean really good ones, not just the tourist traps), and check-in was seamless every time I’ve been back. Actually, that’s worth mentioning – this became my go-to spot because it’s consistently excellent. The location works perfectly whether you’re here for business or leisure, with easy access to the main areas but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with constant street noise. Parking can be a bit tricky in the immediate area (it’s that kind of charming older neighborhood), but the front desk always has solid suggestions for nearby options. I’d definitely recommend booking directly with them if you can – they seem to take extra care of guests who do, and you’ll often get little upgrades or perks that make the experience even better.

To book a hotel in Verona during major cultural festivals, travelers need early planning as this romantic city draws visitors eager to experience its Shakespearean heritage and medieval charm.

  • James from United Kingdom – 14 December 2023 (8/10)

Beautifully designed, great amenities and amazing location right by the centre

What could be improved: Water pressure is a bit low, shower could be improved

  • William from United Kingdom – 25 November 2023 (9/10)

a charming grop of large rooms in a beautifully painted apartment- very romantic and pretty plants and flowers handpainted on walls and ceiling. Spacious and over looking a courtyard

What could be improved: the main bedroom faces the road below which is busy and can be loud — but the goods out weigh the bads!

  • Renata from United States – 29 September 2023 (8/10)

It is magical, we loved the interior, location is great .

What could be improved: Kitchen is very tiny but basic staff is there . Location is great but it is little bit loud at night and early morning.

  • Stefan from Germany – 23 July 2023 (10/10)

It’s was very, very clean and against the other reviews not really noisy!
All of the stuff were very friendly and it was easy to check in!

What could be improved: There was just a small problem to enter the outside door because the other clients had closed it from inside. This would be a good suggestion to inform all the new tenants not to close the door from the inside because than you can’t enter your apartment.

  • Rt from United Kingdom – 3 October 2022 (10/10)

A real gem of a property. Secluded romantic courtyard leading up to the apartment with sweet spacious balcony used for breakfast, evening drinks. Beautifully hand painted walls throughout adding a sense of opulence and romance. Building steeped in history and a real sense of being in old Verona. Staff were very helpful on our arrival. Arrival meet up went to plan. Would definitely stay again.

What could be improved: As with any middle city location, the street outside can be noisy at times. But the location close to Piazza del Elba is perfect.

  • Joanne from United Kingdom – 26 September 2022 (10/10)

Excellent, amazing location right in the middle of Verona. Host arranged pick up from the airport and managed to arrange early check in which was really appreciated. Communication from hosts very good, were met a the property with the keys. The apartment is lovely with amazing decoration, everything was clean and well kept, beds were very comfortable, lovely little balcony, very private. Hosts were very kind in providing a bottle of wine, water and drinks free of charge. There isn't much of a kitchen area, but you don't need it when staying so close to fabulous restaurants and the best coffee shop in Verona is literally just outside the door. You are in the centre of everything, we have visited Verona several times and will definitely return to this apartment again.

What could be improved: Only slight niggle was the shower, but very minor point

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Verona. We enjoyed the balcony with the quiet courtyard. The AC was very much appreciated as well.
