The name translates to “House of Seven at the Fair” – honestly, I spent way too much time trying to figure out what the “seven” referred to, but the staff just smiled mysteriously when I asked.

The whole place has this really authentic Italian charm that doesn’t feel forced or touristy. You walk through these beautiful old doors and immediately notice the attention to detail – we’re talking hand-painted tiles, exposed beams that actually look original (not the fake rustic stuff you see everywhere), and furniture that feels carefully curated rather than bulk-ordered from some hotel supply catalog. The rooms are what I’d call “thoughtfully appointed” – everything you need without the clutter of unnecessary amenities that just jack up the price. Actually, the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious, which is always a pleasant surprise in historic European properties where they sometimes feel like afterthoughts squeezed into former closets.

What really won me over, though, was how the staff operates. Check-in was this lovely, unhurried conversation rather than the usual rapid-fire information dump you get at bigger hotels. They actually asked about our travel plans and offered specific suggestions – not just the obvious tourist traps, but little places where locals go for aperitivo or the best gelato that’s not overrun with tour groups. The breakfast spread was solid too (proper Italian coffee, obviously), and they were flexible about timing, which I appreciated since we tend to be slow starters on vacation. Location-wise, you’re well-positioned without being in the thick of the chaos – close enough to walk to the main attractions but far enough that you’re not dealing with street noise until all hours. Parking can be a bit tricky, like most places in Italian city centers, but they’ll point you toward the best options nearby. I’d definitely stay here again, and honestly, at a 4-star level with that kind of rating, you’re getting excellent value for what you pay.

  Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr liebenswerte Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, angenehm von den Temperaturen, sehr sauber und mit vielen kleinen Utensilien (z.B. Duschgel, Seife, Küchenpapierrolle, Spülmittel) zusätzlich ausgestattet. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden. Ein Parkplatz ist kostenfrei vorhanden.

  Всё Отлично! Спасибо Стефано и Джовани за великолепный отдых. Было ощущение что приехал к давно знакомым людям, встретили, поселили и провели по домашнему, как настоящая Итальянская семья. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!
  
  Были своей семьёй. В номере есть всё необходимое. Две спальни, гостиная и кухонная, ванная комната, два больших балкона. Парковка для машины прямо во дворе. В общем уютная семейная квартира.
  
  Передвигались мы в основном пешком, хотя можно и на автобусе, остановка около дома. До центра пешком 40-45 мин. спокойным темпом. Рядом с домом есть много ресторанчиков с вкусной пиццей и вином)
