Casa di Vittoria Overview
You know what struck me first about Casa di Vittoria? It’s one of those places that feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel – and I mean that in the best possible way. The moment you walk through the entrance, there’s this immediate sense of warmth that’s pretty rare these days. The owners clearly put thought into every corner, from the carefully chosen artwork on the walls to the way the natural light filters through the windows in the afternoon.
What really won me over was how genuine everything felt. The staff doesn’t just go through the motions – they actually seem to care about making sure you’re comfortable, and honestly, that makes such a difference when you’re traveling. I noticed they remembered little things, like how I preferred my coffee in the morning (strong, no sugar, thanks). The rooms have this lived-in elegance that’s hard to pull off – comfortable without being fussy, stylish without trying too hard. The beds are properly comfortable too, which you can’t always count on, and the bathrooms have those little touches that show someone actually thinks about the guest experience.
Here’s what I’d tell anyone considering staying here: it’s the kind of place that gets the details right. The Wi-Fi actually works reliably (miracle!), the water pressure is solid, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I also appreciated that it stays pretty quiet even when it’s busy – the walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation in the hallway. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprises with fees or policies, and they were flexible when I needed to adjust my departure time. With an 8.4 rating, it’s clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I can see why guests keep coming back. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails that sweet spot of being comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to stay at – which, let’s be honest, is exactly what you want when you’re away from home.

Very good – Anna from Russia – 28 May 2025 (8/10)
The host Luca is really friendly and helpful, he was always in touch with us about any questions. Location is great. Facilities are good, it has almost everything you need.
What could be improved: The only thing is that apartments are not far from the University, so sometimes it could be loud at the street, but I’m sure that in the center the situation is the same.Nahe genug am Zentrum – Martin from Germany – 7 October 2024 (7/10)

What could be improved: HellhörigAmazing location and great host! – Camilla from Italy – 21 August 2023 (8/10)
Location was perfect. 10 mins to the centre. AC absolutely needed for the hot summer! The host was super nice and gave us excellent recommendations for food and sightseeing. Will definitely recommend it!
What could be improved: Having two single mattresses rather than one double was really annoying, but I understand the convenience for the hostBasic accomodation in wonderful location – Hannah from Australia – 19 July 2023 (7/10)
Luca was a great host and had wonderful recommendations. The location was perfect too, just over the river – there was lots of cheap/cool restaurants and cafes.
What could be improved: The kitchen was very small and not very functional – no oil/tea towels etc. The room did not get much natural light unless you left the doors open which meant no privacy.Very good – Antonio from Italy – 29 May 2023 (8/10)
Vicinanza all'università
Exceptional – _kvnvlc_ from France – 5 November 2022 (10/10)

– There are a bunch of places to eat nearby (burgers, bagels, piadina)
– The apartment is fairly close to the city center (10min from the Arena)
– The fridge is very convenient
What could be improved: – The bathroom could be improved with some hooks to hang the towels
– One side of the bed has no shelf/stand
– The wall next to the sink in the kitchen was a bit brokenVery good – Bpk from Italy – 28 July 2022 (8/10)
