Nothing worse than being kept awake by traffic when you’re trying to recover from a day of exploring.

What really sets Casa di Zina apart though is this sense that you’re staying somewhere that locals would actually recommend to their friends. I overheard the front desk giving genuinely helpful directions to other guests – not just pointing toward tourist traps, but suggesting this little restaurant around the corner that doesn’t even have a proper sign, or mentioning that the evening light is perfect for photos from a specific viewpoint that most visitors never find. The breakfast situation is simple but solid, with fresh bread that tastes like it came from an actual bakery rather than some industrial supplier. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s the kind of place where you can start your day properly fueled without spending a fortune. I’ll be honest – parking took me a few tries to figure out, and the check-in process isn’t the slickest I’ve experienced, but these feel like minor quirks rather than real problems. For the price point and that incredible rating, you’re getting way more personality and genuine hospitality than you’d find at those cookie-cutter chain places that cost twice as much.

  Velmi přátelská a nápomocná majitelka, která se nám snažila se vším pomoci, zajistila nám jízdenky na městskou hromadnou dopravu a se vším nám poradila. Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné, nové, skvěle zařízené a pohodlné. Kuchyň byla krásně vybavena, koupelna taktéž (dostali jsme spoustu ručníků, během dovolené jsme měli možnost v případě potřeby požádat o čisté, ve sprše byl šampon i sprchový gel, mýdlo na ruce, fén,…).
  
  What could be improved: Ubytování se nachází až za městem, kde je horší městská doprava. (Za což samozřejmě ubytování nemůže). Přes den jezdí autobusy do centra (k vlakovému nádraží) i zpět dobře a není problém se dostat do města, na vlak a zpátky na ubytování. Problém jsme měli s nočními autobusy, u nichž se nám opakovaně stalo, že nejely. U ubytování je možné parkování na pozemku za bránou. Pokud má člověk auto, problém s městkou hromadnou dopravou během večerních hodin odpadá a ubytování je poté bezvýhradně skvělé.

  Clean and tidy apartment which is super cozy. Private car parking in a enclosed area so your car is safe. Very helpful and friendly owner.
  
  What could be improved: A bit further from center but if you're just for a night or two stay, it shouldn't be a problem.

  Уютный и чистый номер, удобные кровати, небольшая кухня со всеми аксессуарами. Кофемашина + чай + минеральная вода в номере. До центра 5 минут машиной. Рядом автобусная остановка. Удобный паркинг на закрытой территории. И очень милые собственники и персонал.

  Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Auto kann man
  auf gesicherten Parkplatz abstellen. Kommen gerne wieder.

  Lage perfekt, 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Zentrum von Verona. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Hervorragend ausgestattetes Appartement mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Mikrowelle, Fernseher, Wifi. Sogar etwas Brot, Knabberzeug, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker etc. war da, ebenso Duschzeug im Bad.

  the apartment was wonderful, very clean and cozy! they welcomed us with surprises! there was everything we needed! the hosts were friendly and helpful, always ready to help! our stay was very pleasant!
