Casa Felicity Verona Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Casa Felicity Verona? The name honestly doesn’t do it justice – I was expecting something pretty standard for a 3-star place, but this little gem actually punches way above its weight. When I first walked in, there was this immediate sense that someone really cares about this place. It’s not fancy in that sterile hotel chain way, but there’s genuine warmth here that you can feel the moment you step through the door.
The thing is, Verona has so many places that try too hard to play up the whole Romeo and Juliet angle, but Casa Felicity just focuses on being really, really good at hospitality. The staff – and I mean this – actually remember your name after the first day. The woman at reception (I think her name was Giulia) gave me the most practical walking directions I’ve ever gotten, complete with warnings about which gelato shops to skip and which ones are worth the inevitable line. The rooms aren’t huge, but honestly, who spends time in their room in Verona anyway? What matters is that everything works perfectly – the shower has proper pressure, the bed is genuinely comfortable (not hotel-comfortable, like actually comfortable), and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like it does at half the places I’ve stayed.
Here’s what really sold me though: the breakfast situation is quietly excellent. Nothing Instagram-worthy or over-the-top, just really good coffee – proper Italian coffee, not that watery stuff some hotels try to pass off – and pastries that taste like they actually came from a local bakery. I mean, they probably did. You can sit in this little courtyard area that catches the morning light just right, and it’s one of those moments where you remember why you travel in the first place. The location puts you close enough to the main attractions that you can walk everywhere, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep at night. I never had to deal with those awful groups of drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. That 9.0 rating? Yeah, I get it completely – this place just does everything well without making a big deal about it.

Reviews of Casa Felicity Verona
Graham from United Kingdom – 21 March 2025 (9/10)
Very spacious and clean throughout
The beds were comfortable.Tony from United Kingdom – 3 February 2025 (8/10)
Lots of space, good parking, within 25 mins walk to the arena. A good nespresso machine available and a good shower. Good access via the lock system and excellent response time from Marianna, who was our contact from the property management side of things.
What could be improved: It is a residential area, some youths hanging around outside, even in the cold, and although probably safe, it might feel a bit dangerous for a couple or a few ladies alone. OK if used to city living!. Be aware the flat is on the second floor and there is no lift, so good exercise with luggage.Teody from Italy – 26 November 2024 (9/10)
The appartment is so spacious ! The parking area in front is a plus !!! The neighbourhood is quiet and nice ! I really liked the place !

Marianna was very helpful and reachable. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean, with lots of light. All three bedrooms are big and equipped with air conditioning. The area is very nice and quiet. There are few supermarkets, 3 mins drive away.
Tommy from Norway – 2 July 2024 (8/10)

Nika from Georgia – 31 May 2024 (9/10)
Easy to communicate with the host. good value for money.
What could be improved: Noises. Garbage collectors were too loud. The flat is near the railways.Karl from Luxembourg – 26 May 2024 (9/10)
Received clear instructions from the host regarding check-in and parking. Everything went smoothly. Plenty of parking spaces in the square in front of the property. The apartment has a small kithen (enough to prepare a quick breakfast/meal) and three very spacious bedrooms. It was ideal for what we needed: a place to catch our breath while visting Verona and the nearby area.
Stefan from Bulgaria – 22 May 2024 (9/10)
It was a spacious apartment 2 km’s away from the city centre. There were plenty of free parking spots just in front of the building. The staff was friendly and helping.
What could be improved: I don’t remind anything I didn’t like. Ah, maybe we just had only 1 night there.
