  I think this is the best property I booked in Italy and I have traveled extensively. The apartment is exactly as the photos provided. The check in process is smooth, you get a code to open the door with. The mattress on the bed is amazing, not too soft and not too hard. Utensils are provided in the kitchen to cook with and they work perfectly. I loved the small balcony and the overall space – it looks smaller but it's actually bigger than the pictures. Very clean, no complaints. Water in the shower works great (sometimes in Italy it either takes a while to heat up or the water pressure is low – no such thing happened here). Host was in contact with us throughout our visit, making sure we have all that is needed. Heating also worked perfectly. It felt like all my worries vanished and I could relax fully. I will come back for sure.
