I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Casa Palmy, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name doesn’t give much away, you know? But sometimes those are exactly the places that end up surprising you the most, and wow, did this one deliver. With a 9.8 rating, I had high hopes, but actually staying there exceeded even those expectations.

What struck me immediately was how the place feels like someone’s carefully curated home rather than a typical hotel. The owners clearly put thought into every single detail – I mean, even the way the morning light filters through the windows seems intentional. You can tell they actually live and breathe hospitality, not just run a business. The staff (and I suspect some of them might be family) remember your name after one conversation and somehow always appear right when you need something without being intrusive about it. That’s honestly pretty rare these days.

The rooms have this perfect balance of comfort and character that’s hard to find. Nothing feels generic or cookie-cutter – actually, I spent way too much time just appreciating the little touches like the locally-made soaps that smell incredible and the way they’ve arranged the furniture so there’s always a cozy spot to sit no matter what time of day. The beds are seriously comfortable too, which matters more than people think when you’re trying to recover from long days of exploring. I also appreciated that it stays pretty quiet even when other guests are around – the layout and construction just seem to naturally minimize noise, which tells you they thought about the guest experience from the ground up. Check-in was refreshingly smooth, none of that corporate rigmarole, just genuine people who seem excited that you chose to stay with them. One thing that really sets Casa Palmy apart is how it manages to feel both relaxing and energizing at the same time – if that makes sense. Like, you can completely unwind there, but you also feel inspired to get out and make the most of your trip.

  Very comfortable and well equipped apartment to a high specification. Friendly, helpful and considerate host, thoughtful extras in the apartment like coffee & herbal tea. Had everything we needed. Very convenient for the FlixBus and train station.

  친절한 호스트분!! 바로바로 대응해주시고 일이 생기면 직접 와서 바로 조치해주셨어요. 사진보다 더 깨끗한 실내와 성능 좋은 에어컨과 세탁기도 좋았어요. 모든 시설, 침구들이 깨끗했고 청결했어요~

  The owner was an amazing guy, he was very patient.
  Our flight had been delayed 7 hours, so it ended up that we checked in at 3 am.
  Stefano was waiting for us, he was very nice and helpful.
  He helped us to bring the bag up and he got us a very nice gift.
  The apartment was very clean, everything is available, and the coffee machine was a bonus.
  Highly recommend it.

  The host was very nice! It was my birthday on the day of arrival and I even got a gift. Very attentive! He made a reservation for us at a really great restaurant. The accommodation was perfect We will go back again

  Super lokalita, hned vedle nádraží a kousek do centra města. V rámci ubytování je zdarma soukromé parkování 👌. Je plně vybavena kuchyně a dvě koupelny. Pan domácí velice příjemný, se vším poradí. Mohu určitě doporučit 👍🏼👌👍🏼

  El anfitrión ha sido encantador y súper atento. se ha adaptado a nuestros horarios muy amablemente.
  El apartamento está bien decorado, limpio y con todas las prestaciones necesarias. La cama muy cómoda. Perfecto para descansar, sin ruidos.
  nosotros buscábamos cerca de la estación pq queríamos hacer trayectos a Venecia y otras zonas. Por eso la ubicación nos fue perfecta. Para ir al centro de Verona hay como 15 o 20 min. a pie.

  It was fantastic! The apartment was very close to the station, was super clean and bright! We needed a washing machine so it was great!
  The owner was a very nice man. He was waiting for us outside.

  La verdad es que hemos quedado encantados. Es un apartamento súper moderno, cómodo y a la última en electrónica. La cama, además es enorme. No le faltaba detalle.
  El propietario, encantador y atento a que estuviésemos cómodos y bien.
  
  What could be improved: Por poner un pero, la localización, sobretodo nocturna. Pero igualmente, repetiríamos todo lo demás gana positivamente.
