I discovered a fantastic little osteria just two blocks away that served better food than half the restaurants near the Arena, and for a fraction of the price.

  Good comfortable room right across from the central station. Mind that it's actually a flat in a block so a bit atypical. There is an electronic key to access which I didn't mind but you need to be aware of it as it requires internet connection to open the doors and doing an online check in prior to arrival. The room itself was good and had everything I needed.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi was not working. No luggage storage. They only gave me one large towel and no small ones at all.

  What could be improved: Would have liked to have a tea/coffee making facility. Maybe a different way to enter the complex/room, it was a chore having to open my e-mail to get the link to access the doors.

  The room.was high spec and comfortable fantastic location and totally secure which I appreciated being a solo traveller.
  
  What could be improved: The attitude of the owner leaves much to be desired I explained that I wasn't given a room number and wasn't sure what to do next or how but he was so rude and agitated that I put the phone down on him and it was another lovely guest that helped me.he needs customer service training for sure

  Easy to find and much to my surprise the digital check-in worked. Very basic but clean and comfortable with good towels, bedding and hair dryer. The shutters worked and the air conditioning was efficient and quiet. (It was 30C+ outside.)We slept well. The shower was modern. 15-minute walk to the airport bus.
  
  What could be improved: Read the small print closely (I didn't!)…..the room is up 3 flights of stairs. Ideal for train station but a good 20-minute walk to the Arena and centre. 10 euros taxi home. It was good, but I thought overpriced for such a simple room; we stated in a more central apartment the week before for less money.

  Near to the train station and a short walk into the centre of Verona. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. The host was very helpful and answered messages very quickly

  It was quite, clean and comfortable. Hope I will find this in future again, it is close to te center…like 16 minutes by foot, it is near the train station.
