  very clean and comfortable apartment. Host responses for any need were within short time. for example the hair dryer stopped working. In few minutes after notifying the owner she rought us a new one.

  What could be improved: Pretty far out of Verona and not a particularly nice trip there. Public transport in Verona is easy enough but not frequent past 9PM, so not particularly suitable for someone without a car.

  I like the quick access to the house key. I didn't even have to make a single phone call.
  The apartment was clean and well maintained with guides to available buses and restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: No English TV station
  All were Italian.
  So, it was useless for me and it means they were not expecting an international customer.
  The dogs in the compound were scary.
  Just 1 small bottle of water was available in the house on arrival.
