  I like the quick access to the house key. I didn't even have to make a single phone call.
  The apartment was clean and well maintained with guides to available buses and restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: No English TV station
  All were Italian.
  So, it was useless for me and it means they were not expecting an international customer.
  The dogs in the compound were scary.
  Just 1 small bottle of water was available in the house on arrival.

  What could be improved: Pretty far out of Verona and not a particularly nice trip there. Public transport in Verona is easy enough but not frequent past 9PM, so not particularly suitable for someone without a car.
