The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of warmth that’s hard to fake – it’s in the way the furniture is arranged, how the lighting hits just right in the evening, even the way they’ve chosen to display local artwork on the walls. The staff treats you less like a customer and more like a family friend who’s staying over, which sounds cheesy but it’s genuinely refreshing after dealing with those big chain hotels where everything feels scripted. And speaking of the team there, they seem to actually live in the area and know their stuff – not just the tourist spots, but where locals go for coffee in the morning or which little markets have the best produce.

The rooms themselves have this lived-in comfort that I absolutely love. Nothing’s too precious or intimidating, but everything works perfectly and feels thoughtfully chosen. The beds are properly comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), the bathrooms have good water pressure – you know, the basics that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere. What really impressed me was the attention to little details that most places skip: proper reading lights, enough outlets near the bed, hangers that aren’t bolted to the closet rod. One thing that really stands out is how quiet it stays at night, even though there’s clearly life happening around the neighborhood. I’m usually a light sleeper in new places, but I slept like a rock here.

You know what really sealed the deal for me though? That 9.4 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen – you can feel why people rate this place so highly the moment you settle in. It’s the kind of spot where you find yourself lingering over breakfast longer than planned, or asking the front desk about extending your stay. There’s something about the whole atmosphere that makes you want to slow down a bit, which is exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels authentic and genuinely welcoming rather than just professionally polished, Casa Valle 3 is definitely worth considering. Just don’t expect flashy amenities or over-the-top luxury – this is about comfort, genuine hospitality, and that rare feeling of being somewhere that actually cares about your experience.

  This is a lovely big apartment situated in a very nice part of Verona. We stayed as a family of 5 and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The facilities in the apartment were modern and it felt like staying in a very nice hotel. Would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone staying in Verona.

  Very spacious apartment, nice balcony overlooking nice trees. Warm temperature during the cold weather, nice location with parking spot.
  
  What could be improved: The basement parking is too tight and the ramp is too sharp, the bottom of the car hit the ramp each time we go out or in! But other solution is open air at gf street level semi private parking.

  Host was very accommodating, allowing us to get in early, park our car, drop off luggage even while cleaning lady was still in the apartment. Host communication was excellent. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location was great since we easily walked into the center of town, not needing buses or other transportation. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
