  Cristiano è un host sublime come pochi ne esistono e sicuramente tornerò qui, in un futuro altro viaggio a Verona. La camera era pulitissima, letto e cuscini molto comodi, ho riposato benissimo. Sotto la locazione ci sono bar, pizzerie, gelateria, inoltre é a pochi passi dall'Arena e dalle più belle piazze (delle Erbe e dei Signori), vicino al viale pieno di negozi.

  Very good located, in the middle of historical center and raiway station.
  Easy to find. Bilding have an elevator.

  The property is nice and clean, there was a fridge also in a room. It has separate bathroom and a balcony. The host was great, helped us to get the taxi, gave us some information about sightseeings in Verona.

  Great location, close to centre, restaurants, bars etc. Host was friendly and helpful.
  Room was cleaned a couple of times during my 4 night stay which was a nice surprise.
  
  What could be improved: Not much to dislike, with the shutters closed in the afternoon the room was a bit dark, but it was very hot outside so needed to keep sun out. Fan and air con kept room cool.

  Location was perfect close to the Verona arena, also walkable distance to the train station. Check in process was absolutely efficient and accommodation does have signage sticker attached outside door entrance make much easier to find place. Clean condition of bath and toilet, mostly having good pressure of shower was additional good point. Air-conditioner works well with overhead fan at ceiling on top of bed was useful in hot weather.
