You know what really struck me about Cavour Luxury Apartments? The moment you walk in, it doesn’t feel like you’re staying at some corporate hotel chain – it actually feels like you’ve been invited into someone’s incredibly well-appointed home. I mean, with a 9.4 rating, I had high expectations, but honestly, this place exceeded them in ways I wasn’t expecting.

The apartments themselves are spacious in that European way where every square meter is thoughtfully used. The kitchens are properly equipped too – not just some sad mini-fridge and microwave situation. I’m talking full-sized appliances, decent cookware, the works. Which is perfect because you’ll want to grab some ingredients from the local markets and actually cook a meal or two. The bedrooms have this lovely mix of modern comfort and classic Italian style, and the bathrooms… well, let’s just say the rainfall showers are the kind you don’t want to leave. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout (I work remotely, so this matters), and the air conditioning actually works – surprisingly important during those sweltering summer months.

What I really appreciated was how the staff handles things. Check-in was smooth, but more importantly, they genuinely seem to know the neighborhood. When I asked about where to find the best morning coffee that wasn’t touristy, they pointed me toward this tiny place about three blocks away that became my daily ritual. They’re the kind of people who’ll tell you which bus to take or warn you that certain streets get pretty lively on weekend nights if you’re hoping for peace and quiet. The building itself sits in one of those areas where you’re close enough to major attractions that you can walk, but far enough that you’re not dealing with crowds of tourists right outside your window at 7 AM. Parking can be a bit tricky – like most places in the historic center – but they’ll help you figure out the best options nearby. Actually, I ended up walking most places anyway, which was part of the charm.

  Struttura molto spaziosa con due grandi camere da letto un bagno piccolo di servizio e uno più grande con una doccia immensa.
  Unica "pecca" è il fatto che l' appartamento sia al terzo piano privo di ascensore con una scala stretta quindi non molto agevole salire e scendere con le valigie

  Federico was alway responsive to our emails and helpful. Location and value are perfect. Huge bathroom for the area.
  
  What could be improved: I was appreciated that silverware, pans, and other kitchem items were provided. However, the teflon on one of the pans is in poor condition and needs to be replaced.

  Location excellent. The house is next to a church, in the old town. Communication was very good. The apartment is quite bigm it was warm inside upon arrival (it was 3C outside when we arrived). We enjoyed the coffee.

  The proximity to the centre and the cleanliness. The small touches of thoughtfulness coffee machine, water, small bottle of wine.
  
  What could be improved: It was very bare and needed some pictures on the walls to warm it up. The overwhelming smell of air cleaning products made it impossible to breathe well and the sofa bedsheet was damp due to a disinfectant sprayed on it.

  Perfect central location 5 mins from the Arena, 5 mins from busses, yet really quiet and peaceful. Federico was a super host, gave perfect directions and simplified everything.
  Apartment is spacious spotless and super comfortable with everything one needs. Washing machine, detergent, iron etc etc. Loved the complimentary coffee capsules and chilled water. Many thanks Federico
