  Location excellent. The house is next to a church, in the old town. Communication was very good. The apartment is quite bigm it was warm inside upon arrival (it was 3C outside when we arrived). We enjoyed the coffee.

  The property was very clean and well located.
  The bed was good/comfortable.
  The host was very helpful, friendly and always available. The messages were always answered in a timely manner.

  Perfect central location 5 mins from the Arena, 5 mins from busses, yet really quiet and peaceful. Federico was a super host, gave perfect directions and simplified everything.
  Apartment is spacious spotless and super comfortable with everything one needs. Washing machine, detergent, iron etc etc. Loved the complimentary coffee capsules and chilled water. Many thanks Federico
  
  What could be improved: That we only stayed for two nights!

  Federico was alway responsive to our emails and helpful. Location and value are perfect. Huge bathroom for the area.
  
  What could be improved: I was appreciated that silverware, pans, and other kitchem items were provided. However, the teflon on one of the pans is in poor condition and needs to be replaced.

  The proximity to the centre and the cleanliness. The small touches of thoughtfulness coffee machine, water, small bottle of wine.
  
  What could be improved: It was very bare and needed some pictures on the walls to warm it up. The overwhelming smell of air cleaning products made it impossible to breathe well and the sofa bedsheet was damp due to a disinfectant sprayed on it.

  What could be improved: Disappointing host and one-side rules. Check-in after 15 and checkout before 11 with no reception or place to leave baggage.

  Struttura molto spaziosa con due grandi camere da letto un bagno piccolo di servizio e uno più grande con una doccia immensa.
  Unica "pecca" è il fatto che l' appartamento sia al terzo piano privo di ascensore con una scala stretta quindi non molto agevole salire e scendere con le valigie
