The apartment has these gorgeous high ceilings and period details that remind you you’re staying somewhere with real history, but then you notice the kitchen is actually equipped for cooking (like, really cooking – not just reheating leftovers), and the living spaces flow in a way that makes sense whether you’re traveling solo or with a group. The furnishings strike that perfect balance between elegant and comfortable – you can put your feet up on the sofa without feeling like you’re committing a crime against interior design. What I loved most was how quiet it gets in the evenings; you’re clearly in the heart of things during the day, but when you want to unwind, the soundproofing actually works.

The location on Corso Cavour itself is pretty brilliant, honestly. You’re on one of those streets that locals use as much as tourists, which means you get the real rhythm of the city without being stuck in a tourist bubble. I found myself grabbing coffee at the same bar as residents heading to work, and there’s something really authentic about that morning routine. The proximity to major sights is obviously convenient, but what I appreciated more was being within walking distance of those smaller piazzas and family-run restaurants that you stumble upon rather than seek out. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (aren’t Italian city centers always?), but the trade-off is worth it – you can walk to most places you’d want to go, and when you do need transport, you’re well-connected. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly complicated key-pickup routine you sometimes get with apartment rentals. Just solid, reliable hospitality that lets you settle in and start enjoying your stay right away.

  Superb location close to the Arena, shopping street, supermarket, and many good food. Arrival was also made easy with someone to welcome us and ensure we got to the apartment with no fuss.

  Nice and large! Excellent location. Good coffee machine and well-equipped kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t find the contactless check-in process enjoyable (needed a lot of emails & whatsapp messages). You hear traffic quite clearly from the bedroom, even with the shutters closed. No kitchen paper towels and stingy with the toilet paper.

  The apartment is simply amazing. Big, confortable, everything you may need for a longer stay.
  The location is also fabulous. Literally 2 minutes walk to the Arena.
  Communication with the host was great and easy. Acces to the apartment was easy.

  This large, comfortably furnished apartment was in a perfect location for visiting Verona’s historic sites. The rooms are filled with light. The owner responded quickly to all of our inquiries.

  Property was truly exceptional. The craftsmanship and interior design world class. Attention to detail amazing. Perfect location in old town. Easy walking everywhere. Car park 5 mins away-grocery store 1 block away-amazing healthy breakfast place ( Oblo) 1 block away and even aircon for the hot days. I’m pretty’s sure this is the best apartment in the building even a balcony. Looks totally redone. Also of note owner available on phone for all questions. Very gracious.
