  Lovely little facility. Great feel in the heart of Verona. Heavy luggage is a challenge as there are no lifts. Comfortable stay. Would have stayed another night, but they were full.

  What could be improved: We were there on a Friday and Saturday night right above the bar/restaurant below. We were warned of the noise from the Piazza upon arrival which we were fine with. Noise of people would have been fine, but the noise was more like the thump of the bass coming from a night club that went on until at least 3:00 am on Friday and for some reason only 2:00 am on Saturday. I sincerely apologize if the noise was listed in the reviews before I booked this and I missed it. If you are a younger person that is going to be at this clubs until late on Friday and Saturday, this place is perfect. Not sure how it is on a weekday and maybe it was just our room location. Loved everything but the late night noise.

  The building is from 14th century and the rooms have orignal frescos. The room was stunning, the staff was amazing, the location was subperb. This is easily one of the best places I have stayed in and I would recommend it again! THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS INCREDIBLE. Absolutely phenomenal place. The exterior was so pretty as well. You can see it from the square. Lovely guy named Cris helped us with everything we could need. There was no elevator but he kindly helped us carry our luggage at check-in and check-out. And they do luggage store as well. They let us check-in early as well. Incredible experience!

  Location couldn’t be better! Between piazza Erbe and piazza del Signori with Dante statue. 👌 Studio was comfortable, nicely decorated with big bathroom. Breakfast in a cafe on Piazza Erbe for €16 was good, sitting out on the terrace when the sun shine is great 👍
