CQ Rooms Verona Overview
You know what struck me first about CQ Rooms Verona? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with marble lobbies or fancy chandeliers, but somehow ends up being exactly what you need. I mean, with a 9.1 rating, they’re clearly doing something right – and after staying there, I get it.
The whole vibe is refreshingly straightforward. The rooms have this clean, minimalist thing going on that actually works really well. Nothing feels cluttered or overdone, which honestly was perfect after spending days wandering around Verona soaking up all that Renaissance architecture and tourist chaos. The beds are properly comfortable (not those rock-hard European mattresses you sometimes get stuck with), and the bathrooms are modern without being sterile. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you’d be surprised how many 3-star places in Italian cities can’t manage that basic requirement. The air conditioning actually works too, which if you’ve traveled in northern Italy during summer, you know isn’t always a given.
The staff seem to genuinely care about getting things right, which makes such a difference. Check-in was smooth, and they had solid recommendations for restaurants that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps around Piazza delle Erbe. Actually, they pointed me toward this little osteria that I never would have found on my own – the kind of local knowledge that makes a stay memorable. The location puts you close enough to the main sights without being right in the thick of the crowds, so you can actually get some sleep. Walking to Juliet’s balcony takes maybe fifteen minutes, and you’re near enough to the good gelato spots but far enough from the street performers and tour groups that dominate the historic center. Parking can be tricky in this part of town (like most Italian cities), but they help sort that out without the usual runaround. It’s the kind of place where you realize that sometimes the best travel experiences come from hotels that focus on doing the fundamentals really well rather than trying to be something they’re not.

Comfortable room and bathroom. Equipped okay, easy access to the city center by car within minutes. Good parking option.
What could be improved: Quite noisy from the other bedroomsIan from United Kingdom – 31 July 2023 (10/10)
Pretty easy location to find, and free parking outside. Lovely clean rooms that were nicely decorated and had all facilities required, for an enjoyable stay. The bus was also close by and taxis from the central bus station were reasonably priced. Verona is also a beautiful place to visit, with plenty of sites to see, and plenty of shopping for the ladies.
What could be improved: Nothing. We enjoyed everything about our stay.Bartlomiej from United Kingdom – 25 July 2023 (9/10)

The room is accessible and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and convenient for people with disabilities. The entrance has a ramp. I would say it is very good for people with reduced mobilities and for everyone.
What could be improved: I saw 3 cockroaches but I informed the host and someone came to spray.Raghda from Israel – 24 February 2023 (10/10)
