You know what caught me off guard about CRYS: Rooms, Holiday, Business? The name honestly doesn’t do it justice – I was expecting something pretty generic when I first booked, but this place actually surprised me in all the right ways. It’s one of those 3-star hotels that punches way above its weight class, and I mean that in the best possible way.

The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this really clean, modern vibe that feels more like a boutique spot than your typical business hotel. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful – not just going through the motions, you know? They actually took time to explain the area and gave me some solid recommendations for dinner spots nearby. What I really appreciated was how quiet the place was, even though it caters to both leisure and business travelers. I was worried it might be one of those hotels where you hear every door slam and conversation in the hallway, but the soundproofing is surprisingly good. The rooms themselves are well thought out – nothing fancy, but everything works properly, which honestly is more than I can say for some four-star places I’ve stayed at recently. The beds are actually comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and there’s decent workspace if you need to get some work done. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building, which matters more than people realize.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the fact that they seem to genuinely care about the guest experience. The cleaning staff does a thorough job – I’m talking about those little touches like properly folded towels and actually clean bathroom fixtures. The breakfast setup is pretty decent too, nothing elaborate but fresh options and good coffee, which is really all you need to start your day right. I also noticed they’re pretty responsive to requests – I needed an iron and it showed up at my door in like ten minutes. The 9.2 rating this place has earned makes total sense once you’ve actually stayed there. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does offer is done really well. For the price point, you’re getting solid value and a genuinely pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back here – it’s become one of those reliable spots where you know you’ll have a good experience without any unpleasant surprises.

  The rooms are in a very good location very close to the center and you can find free parking very easily at the road opposite the house . The cleaning and the condition of the rooms is spotless!!! Cristina is a great host and she always does her best trying to satisfy every single need of every guest!!!

  Room was quaint and very nicely furnished. Location is great, in between station and old town. About 10-15mins walk to each. Our host was great in allowing us an early check in, and we arranged to leave our luggage there the next day.
  
  What could be improved: Street is situated between main road and train station, and there’s no amenities nearby. But the old town is close, so bars and restaurants are only 10mins away.
