The building itself has character – those thick walls that old Italian architecture does so well, keeping things cool in summer and cozy when it’s chilly.

What I really appreciated was how it sits in the city’s rhythm rather than fighting against it. You’re walking distance from the major sights, obviously, but you’re also in a neighborhood where actual Veronese people live and work. There’s this little bakery about two blocks away that locals line up at in the mornings – the kind of place you’d never find if you were staying in one of those big chain hotels near the arena. The staff here actually knows the city, too, not just the tourist highlights. They pointed me toward this tiny osteria that I never would have discovered otherwise, down some narrow street that doesn’t even show up properly on Google Maps. Honestly, that dinner alone made the whole trip worthwhile. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no unnecessary fuss or trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. Just genuine hospitality from people who seem to genuinely care about whether you have a good experience in their city.

  A good space in a great location. Supermarket close to hand, bakery, restaurants all nearby and an easy walk into the centre of Verona. Air-con was a big plus in the Summer heat.

  Such a lovely place right in the heart of Verona, yet perfectly peaceful and quiet – no noise to disturb your rest. The balcony was cozy and had a nice view, and it truly made me fall in love with the place. This was my absolute favorite stay in Verona. I would come back in a heartbeat.
