You know what caught me off guard about EAP Suites? I walked in expecting just another mid-tier place, but honestly, this spot punches way above its weight class. The lobby has this understated elegance thing going on – not trying too hard, but you can tell someone actually thought about the design. There’s this really nice balance between feeling upscale without being stuffy, if that makes sense.

The suites themselves are where this place really shines, and I mean that. You’re getting proper living space here, not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re practically sitting on the bed to watch TV. The kitchenettes are actually functional too – I’ve stayed at places where they just throw in a mini-fridge and call it a kitchen, but these have real counter space and decent appliances. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms have good water pressure, which honestly makes or breaks a stay for me. What I really appreciated was the attention to little things – proper blackout curtains that actually meet in the middle, enough outlets near the bed, and closet space that doesn’t require Tetris skills to use.

The staff here genuinely seems to care, which you don’t always get at four-star properties. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about late checkout, they were accommodating without making me feel like I was asking for a huge favor. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, but the service never felt rushed or impersonal. The housekeeping is thorough too – came back to a properly cleaned room, not just beds made and towels swapped. Parking was straightforward, no hunting around side streets or dealing with valet situations that take forever. The whole experience just felt… easy, I guess? Like they’ve figured out how to handle the basics really well, then add some nice touches on top. That 9.0 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s the kind of place where everything works the way it should, plus a bit extra that makes you actually want to come back.
