The kitchen setup is particularly smart; I’ve stayed in plenty of “suites” where the kitchenette is basically decorative, but here you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to. The lighting hits just right in the evenings too, which sounds minor until you’re trying to wind down after a long day of exploring Verona.

What I really appreciate is how quiet it manages to be. You’re still close enough to everything that matters – the historic center isn’t some epic journey – but you’re tucked away from the tourist chaos that can make Verona feel overwhelming during peak season. I stayed there in late spring, and honestly, stepping out in the morning felt like having the city to yourself before everyone else woke up. The staff (well, the person I dealt with most) seemed to actually know the area beyond just the obvious attractions. They pointed me toward this little osteria that I never would have found otherwise – the kind of place where locals actually eat, you know? That’s the stuff that makes a trip memorable, not just having a nice bed to sleep in (though the bed was pretty great too, if we’re being honest).

  La struttura gestita da Edoardo é perfetta da ogni punto di vista. É chiaro che viene gestita da una persona che tratta i suoi ospiti esattamente come vorrebbe essere trattato lui. Al check-in ci ha accolto di persona (ormai sempre più raro). Ci ha offerto come benvenuto una bottiglia di vino e ci ha fatto trovare il climatizzatore acceso e dell'acqua in frigo. Ci ha fornito una mappa e ci ha spiegato i posti da visitare di Verona con consigli su dove mangiare.
  Presenza di capsule caffè, biscottini. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve per viverla (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, presenza di ombrelli, smart TV, giochi di società, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, piano a induzione, tutte le stoviglie). La stanza singola é separata dal soggiorno da una porta scorrevole. L'arredamento é moderno e curato. Pulizia impeccabile. Presenza di balconcino con tavolino e sedie per colazione. Doccia spaziosa. Edoardo é stato disponibile sia prima del check-in per richieste extra che per il check-out rendendosi disponibile qualora avessimo avuto necessità di più tempo per lasciare la casa. Sicuramente chi cerca un appartamento a Verona non trova di meglio.
  La posizione é perfetta, vicino alle fermate del pullman e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dalle vie più importanti.
  Ringraziamo ancora Edoardo e gli faccio davvero i complimenti per come sta gestendo questa struttura, davvero da prendere come esempio.

  What an incredible and pleasant surprise this apartment was! The apartment is impeccable! All the furniture, decoration and utensils are new. The space is very well thought out and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable.
  The cleanliness is superb. Every detail was perfect and the pleasant fragrance you smell as soon as you enter made you feel immediately at home.
  Edoardo, the host, is extremely friendly and welcoming. He gave us great advice about the city and made us feel at home.
  Everything was perfect. And if Verona comes up again in our plans, we will certainly pick this apartment. I highly recommend it!

  The apartment is very new and modern and looks just like the photos. It has everything you need and 2 minutes walk to piazza de Erbe which is full of restaurants. The apartment felt very safe and secure and perfectly quiet for a good nights rest. The host was wonderful with lots of recommendations for where to eat. Nice bottle of wine and water provided as well as a useful map. Would stay again.

  Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage. Kleiner Balkon. Alles schick und neu. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist elegant durch eine Schiebetür abgetrennt. Zur Begrüßung gab es je 1 Flasche Wein und Wasser, Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Es ist alles da, was man als Gast braucht, sogar 2 Regenschirme. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig vom Zentrum. Der Vermieter war zur Begrüßung vor Ort und hat uns sogar eine Liste empfehlenswerter Lokale präsentiert. Wenn wir wieder nach Verona fahren, buchen wir wieder dieses Apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Wir waren zu dritt, mit 1 Schlüssel. Vielleicht brauchen andere Gäste mehr als 1; allerdings haben wir auch nicht gefragt.

  Encontramos el alojamiento muy bien equipado, amplio y luminoso. Además, nos gustó que está situado en una zona céntrica pero muy silenciosa. El inquilino fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. Muy contentos con nuestra experiencia.
