You know what caught me off guard about FACCIO17? The name sounds so modern and minimalist, but when you actually step inside, there’s this warmth that immediately makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something special. I mean, with a 9.2 rating, I had high expectations – but honestly, this place exceeded them in ways I wasn’t expecting from a 3-star property.

The thing is, FACCIO17 has this knack for getting the little things right. The lobby isn’t trying too hard to impress you with marble and chandeliers, but there’s this curated feel to everything – like someone actually thought about how you’d move through the space. Check-in was smooth (no awkward waiting around), and the staff genuinely seemed to know their stuff about the local area. I actually ended up having a fifteen-minute conversation with the front desk person about where to grab decent coffee in the morning, and their recommendations were spot-on.

The rooms themselves are where this place really shines, though. Clean lines, comfortable beds that don’t leave you tossing and turning, and – this might sound weird – but the lighting actually makes sense. You can read without squinting, the bathroom mirror doesn’t cast weird shadows, and there’s enough outlets where you need them. I’ve stayed in plenty of places that look Instagram-perfect but are completely impractical, so these details matter more than you’d think. The shower pressure was solid too, which honestly can make or break a stay for me. There’s something refreshingly honest about a place that focuses on comfort over flashy extras – no unnecessary throw pillows everywhere, just good quality basics done really well. The soundproofing was decent (I could barely hear the hallway chatter), and the whole vibe felt more like a well-designed apartment than a generic hotel room. For a 3-star spot, they’ve really nailed that sweet spot between style and substance.

  Very clean, so many spaces and everything needed.
  It is 15 min walking from Arena di Verona, as well as from the train station. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

  The property was very clean. It was a good size. Our host was very helpful. Parking was very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The property was not really suitable for us. Had we known how many stairs there were we would not have booked. The traffic noise was terrible, we are not used to that. The property was miles from anywhere downtown which meant a lot of walking or a taxi.

  One of best hosts I’ve ever dealt with! So friendly, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The place itself was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. Didn’t expect it to be so big (but still with a cozy atmosphere).
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that we only stayed 2 nights. Would have loved to stay longer.

  Everything! A short walk from the railway station and from the city centre. The apartment was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. We were not disturbed by the trains or the traffic from the nearby roads. Georgia, the hostess, communicated excellent through WhatsApp and met up when we arrived. We could easily arrive a day earlier than planned and stay a couple of hours after checkout time. We would gladly come back!

  Lovely apartment. The host, Georgia was most accommodating. Handy position for the train station.which we used a lot. The Italian train network is so much better than the British on every aspect.. I would definitely return to this apartment.

  Great aparment, with lots of space, especially for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Clean and comfortable. Location is great, with an easy walk into Verona. The Host was great, and even surprised us with a birthday treat (our daughters birthday was during this stay)
